The big show of the New Holland range

From compact-tractors to combine-harvesters, from roto-threshers to remote control systems, New Holland offers to the visitors of the Bolognese event, many new models across the entire range and provides the market with increasingly efficient and productive working tools

At Eima International, according to tradition, New Holland will display a wide range of innovative and original products. Here is a quick overview.

New Boomer range. The Boomer range has developed four new models in the sector from 30 to 50 horsepower. Compact, low-cost, silent and perfect for agricultural activities and maintenance of green areas, the new Boomers, on the market since spring 2015, are powered by a 3-cylinder turbocharged engine. The transmission is available both with synchronized mechanical and hydrostatic inverter in order to ensure a progressive speed from 0 to 30 km/h. The electro-hydraulic PTO guarantees, on the other hand, a perfect modulation for both rear and ventral equipment.

New Holland CR10.90. The combine-harvester, Guinness World Record holder for harvesting. The latest product of the CR range, the CR10.90, is a “heavyweight”, capable of delivering 652 horsepower thanks to the FPT Industrial Cursor 16 engine, with ECOBlue Hi-eSCR Tier 4B technology. The new combine-harvester is offered with a cutting edge technological profile. In fact, if on one hand the Twin Rotor system has been combined with the Dynamic Feed Roll (a mechanical propulsion system with stone-guard protection) – the rotors are supplied in a faster and more efficient way by diverting the stones without neither stops nor brakings – on the other hand the SmartTrax rubber crawlers are enforced by means of high-tech suspensions (Terraglide), which are appreciated for traction, reduced soil compaction and constant speed.

New Holland CX5000 and CX6000 Elevation. The CX5000 and CX6000 series consist of four basic models (two with 5 shakers and the other two with 6) designed to work on extreme terrain (“Laterale” variant) and steep slopes (Elevation Hillside variant). The main innovation of this range regards the Triple-Clean sieve-pan restyling, with a 15% increase of the combine's cleaning capacity (with the product being almost completely cleaned in the first 50 cm of the pan itself) and an increase of capacity for the 6 shakers model that, thanks to the dual spiral header auger, gains more productivity (the grain is transferred more quickly to the elevator).

TC. Still in the sector of combine-harvesters, New Holland expands the TC series with a new model – the silent TC4.90 – with 4 shakers. Among the strong points of the new combine-harvester, stand out the double cascade cleaning shoe, the 450 mm sloping pre-sieve and the optional SmartSieve with OptiFan system for optimal treatments on slopes up to 25%.

Roll-Belt roto-thresher. The new Roll-Belt roto-thresher series with variable chamber has customed feeding systems, such as the SuperFeed and the CropCutter. On Roll-Belt 150 and 180 models is also available the ActiveSweep, a supply system that conveys the product directly from the pick-up to the baling chamber. With the ActiveSweep – explains a technical note by the manufacturer – the processes earn productivity and quality as a result of the “W” rotor teeth setting (which actively feed the material into the baling chamber) and the scrapers (which prevent product loss and avoid potential obstructions).

T8 Auto Command. For this range New Holland has developed five models from 298 to 419 horsepower supplied by ECOBlue™ SCR Cursor 9 compliant with the Tier 4A, now displayed with Auto Command transmission and the ergonomic CommandGrip handle. The four modes of operation (already seen on the T7 Auto Command) – Atomatic, Cruise, PTO and Manual – provide the same flexibility to optimize task and fuel efficiency.

T3F. It is the specialized New Holland range, consisting of four models from 50 to 75 horesepower and 3-cylinder FPT Industrial propellers with 2.9 liters Turbo Intercooler. Compact, with a “tailor-made” design for the operator, the T3F offers “best in class” solutions in terms of ergonomics. The lifter is in fact external to the transmission in order to optimize both the lifting features and the user's comfort. The standard T3F has an hydraulic clutch, four-wheel drive and differential lock.

PLM Connect. A new remote control system with which it is possible to handle the machines' operations (of any brand) from a distance. It is a flexible device which requires only a 12 V power supply and allows not only to monitor tractors and devices (also by means of a tablet), but also to tranfer to a machine parameters previously optimized for another one.
