Versatile and innovative, the new Antonio Carraro isodiametric
The Veneto manufacturer is presenting a wealth of new features at the Bologna exposition from the Tony 9800 TR/SR to the Ergit R tractor series and moving on to the innovative patented Unifex suspension system, all under the hallmark of performance and flexibility in operations
The Antonio Carraro team is coming to the great EIMA International with the flagships of their ranges.
Tony 9800 TR and SR. The new isodiametric tractors with steering frame, the TR, and articulated frame SR, are equipped with 4-cylinder Yanmar 87 Hp engines, 540/540E PTO, synchronized with progressive electrohydraulic control with progressive engagement and, especially, with software for managing the continuously variable hydrostatic transmission for allowing the driver to personalize operations. Available as optional equipment is the innovative AIR cab with maximum height of 2.1 meters, type-approval FOPS-ROPS and certified class 4 pressurization to protect the driver from dust, spray and vapors.
The articulated Tony 9800 SR version has been named for a New Technique 2016 award and the steering TR is a finalist for Tractor of the Year 2017. The SR has all the agility needed for inter-row work and great compatibility with implements thanks to progressive electrohydrolic engagement, memorization of the parameters and the personalization of operations. Among the functions of the ITAC (Intelligent Tractor AC) is the automatic regulation of speed simulating the corrections the operator would make while driving the tractor.
The patented Uniflex suspension. Is the suspension on coaxial cylinders is designed to reduce the number of component stress points to a minimum. The Uniflex electronic regulation systems transfers part of the weight of implements to the tractor’s wheels to decrease specific pressure on the soil to provide the great advantages of lessing compaction, towing resistance or force and fuel consumption while increasing the stability of the tractor. Moreover, the new Antonio Carraro suspension allows implements to automatically adapt to the lay of the land to maintain pressure on the soil and avoid bouncing.
Serie R. The R series marks the top development of the Ergit 100 range. The new Ergit R series groups five models equipped with the 4 cylinder turbo Kubota Phase 3B 99 Hp diesel engine, a 32 speed synchronized transmission, 16 + 16, a synchronized independent PTO 540/540e, a reversible driver’s seat in a revolving newly designed turret, new instruments, updated diagnostics systems, new steering geometry and the spacious and safe AIR pressurized cab designed for slipping easily through vegetation.
The five R series models are identified as the: TRX 10900 isodiametric reversible steering tractor; the TRG 10900 semi-isodiametric reversible steering tractor with special ground clearance; the SRX articulated isodiametric steering tractor with width up to 1060 mm; the TTR 10900 semi-isometric single direction steering with a large wheelbase for operations on slopes; TGF 10900 semi-isometric single direction steering with a low profile.
The TTR 7600 Infinity tractor. The tractors is distinguished by the Infinity continuously variable hydrostatic transmission, wide ACTIOTM wheelbase built for working on sloping terrain, harvesting forage in mountainous areas or work on road verges.
The TTR 7600 Infinity is powered by a 4-cylinder Phase 3B turbo Kohler engine rated at 74 Hp with two mechanical gear ranges from 0 to 15 km/h and 0 to 40 km/h each with three hydrostatic speeds controlled by a selector or joystick and engaged while moving with no loss of traction or break in power. The accelerator pedal assists braking even on slopes and stops the tractor on release, also without applying the brakes or using the clutch.
