È la nuova serie di trattori e-Valiant firmata BCS, presentata in anteprima a Verona durante l’ultima edizione di Fieragricola. Equipaggiata con un propulsore elettrico da 40 kW, la gamma è fornita di una batteria al litio da 48 V che – dichiara il costruttore – consente un’autonomia di lavoro che va da 3 a 6 ore, a seconda dell’impiego. I tempi di ricarica, invece, variano dalle 3 alle 5 ore. I mezzi sono stati progettati dai tecnici di Luzzara – stabilimento produttivo trattori del Gruppo BCS – per essere utilizzati sia in ambito municipale, per la manutenzione invernale e del verde, sia nel settore dell’agricoltura specializzata con impiego nelle aree chiuse come le serre o le stalle, e in tutte le applicazioni in spazi ristretti come quelli dei filari di vigneti e frutteti. L’architettura del trattore è la stessa delle versioni endotermiche. Tutti i modelli della nuova serie elettrica, infatti, sono dotati di trasmissione meccanica con frizione multidisco in bagno d’olio e di cambio a 12 velocità in avanti e 12 indietro con inversore sincronizzato. L’impianto idraulico è costituito da due pompe indipendenti (una dedicata all’idroguida e ai comandi elettroidraulici e l’altra al sollevatore e ai distributori) per l’allestimento di un massimo di sette prese idrauliche posteriori e di una presa di forza indipendente dal cambio, sincronizzata con l’avanzamento. La gamma e-Valiant è disponibile in tre differenti versioni, ognuna delle quali studiata per soddisfare esigenze operative specifiche. La versione AR dispone di un telaio articolato con raggi di volta estremamente contenuti, ideale per gli spazi angusti, mentre la RS ha un telaio a ruote sterzanti per l’impiego su terreni in pendenza. Chiude il terzetto la versione AR MICRO con telaio articolato e reversibilità di serie, realizzata con una carreggiata molto stretta (larghezza di soli 95 centimetri), pompa a portata maggiorata, scambiatore di calore e divisore di flusso. Equipped with a 40 kW electric engine, the range is equipped with a 48 V lithium battery which, according to the manufacturer, allows a working autonomy ranging from 3 to 6 hours, depending on the use. Charging times, on the other hand, vary from 3 to 5 hours. The vehicles have been designed by the technicians of Luzzara – the tractor production plant of the BCS Group – to be used both in the municipal area, for winter and green maintenance, and in the specialized agriculture sector with use in closed areas such as greenhouses or stables, and in all applications in confined spaces such as those of the rows of vineyards and orchards. The architecture of the tractor is the same as the endothermic versions. All the models of the new electric series, in fact, are equipped with a mechanical transmission with multi-plate clutch in oil bath and a 12speed forward and 12-reverse gearbox with synchronised reverser. The hydraulic system consists of two independent pumps (one dedicated to the power steering and electro-hydraulic controls and the other to the lift and distributors) for the set-up of up to seven rear hydraulic intakes and a power take-off independent of the gearbox, synchronised with the forward drive. The e-Valiant range is available in three different versions, each designed to meet specific operational needs. The AR version has an articulated chassis with extremely small turning radii, ideal for tight spaces, while the RS has a steering wheel chassis for use on sloping terrain. The trio is completed by the AR MICRO version with articulated chassis and reversibility as standard, made with a very narrow track (width of only 95 centimetres), increased flow pump, heat exchanger and flow divider. AR MICRO models can be used by operators working between the narrowest rows.
