The growth of the Argo Tractors distribution network continues in Europe, opening of 25 new McCormick dealers in 2019 in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France and Spain. The network also expanded in Italy with four new dealers: in Sardinia and Piedmont with the Landini brand, in Tuscany with McCormick, in Lazio with both group brands. “This confirms the good performance of the development plan of our brands in Europe, which is also accompanied by a similar strategy in various geographic areas worldwide”, underlines Simeone Morra, Corporate Business Director of Argo Tractors, who adds: “We have seen a growing interest in our group and the willingness of importers and dealers to join it.” What makes the difference is not only the well-known strengths of a complete range up to 310 horsepower, but also the human factor, which has always been central to the mission of the Emilian group, extending the concept of entrepreneurial freedom to the dealer network, actively involved in a process of synergistic growth through the development of digital tools to facilitate sales, market analysis, after-sales services, spare parts and financial management. Another important change, again in terms of the distribution network, relates to the appointment of the new general manager of the German branch of Argo Tractors in Nuremberg. We are talking about 51-year-old Günter Ordnung who - says the manufacturer - will handle the German and Austrian market for the Landini and McCormick brands. “I join a multinational company that plays an important role worldwide, with a production capacity of 22 thousand tractors per year. I will try to capitalize on my experience and the skills of the working group to aim at achieving new important goals, and one of the first steps - said Ordnung - will be strengthening the dealer network and creating new dealers in areas that are not currently served”. This is in perfect harmony, therefore, with the group’s growth plans throughout the “Old World”.
