At Agritechnica, Comer Industries puts on show the A-612 compact transmission for high-density prismatic presses, equipped with the patented “Torque-Split” dual-gear solution for high power density. The innovative system has enabled the company to offer a product featuring very high output torque, yet with low weight and dimensions. The new Y-890A gearbox takes the stage, developed specifically by Comer Industries for the transmissions of double rotary rakes. On these machines, the Y-890A unit works with the VP cardan shaft and the K series gearboxes. Therefore, as the builder explains, this is a true integrated transmission system. When the Y-890A unit receives power from the tractor’s main cardan shaft and transfers it to the two gearboxes, which operate the rakes of the rotary rake. In addition, the latest arrival at Comer Industries comes with an ideal constructive design to ensure maximum efficiency by the transmission without weighing down the compact design of the application. Also in the transmission segment, in this case Powershift, the Emilian company presents a new electronic control unit for the A-614 model, which allows the operator to change gear while the vehicle is under load and on the move. The new ECU control unit is able to handle all the working parameters whilst ensuring maximum possible safety. The electronic system is interfaced with a user-friendly display which allows the user to manage and control the entire work cycle of the transmission. In short, with the Powershift A-614 model, Comer Industries offers an integrated mechatronic system, consisting of a mechanical transmission, a hydraulic clutch engagement device and the ECU control unit.
