Tecnoagri: spotlight on the Easy series coupling system

Tecnoagri from Conselice (Ravenna) is a business operating in the market for over thirty years now in the manufacturing of components for agricultural and industrial machinery. Despite the fact that the company's core business is centred on the sector of applications – where the business from Ravenna is present with a wide range of products such as tractor pitchforks, backhoes and drills – Tecnoagri can also boast a series of quick couplers for buckets. They belong to the Easy series, expressly designed in order to accelerate the connection and disconnection of components (which take a few seconds only) and most of all to increase the security of these operations, which often provoke dangerous work related injuries. With a “tailor-made” design for retroexcavators and mini backhoes, the quick-hitches –  applicable directly on the original buckets through a semi-automatic device which reduces the time of connection and disconnection – have a reduced digging radius which allows the excavator to increase its pull force. In order to ensure its quick couplers high performance and long duration, Tecnoagri uses only first quality materials for the manufacturing of the Easy series, with a particular attention to those parts which are mainly subject to mechanical stress. Adaptable and interchangeable, the Easy series not only can be set up for any kind of excavator and hitch, but can also be applied without any mechanical operation, since it exploits the pins already available on the machine.
