For Fluid World of Reggio Emilia, the 2016 edition of EIMA International is a first. The company was founded just two years ago, so it is absolutely new on the scene of Italian agricultural mechanics, even though it can boast a team of employees with over 20 years of industry experience. Specializing in the development and manufacture of oleodynamic valves and integrated blocks, all strictly made in Italy, the Emilian company is establishing itself on the market thanks to the traceability of each component produced in the Emilia plant. “Whether it’s small or large lots - explains the Emilian company in a technical note - we are able to follow the life cycle of our products, from the storage of raw materials to testing and delivery to the customer, because all our factory processes are monitored according to certified standards.” Moreover, at Fluid World the top priority is to offer customers reliable technological solutions that meet complex and diverse needs, always optimizing the relationship between cost and benefit with a wide range of valves (in cartridge as well as parts in body) and of special blocks that represent the company’s core business. In Fluid World’s exhibition spaces at Eima International, the range includes priority valves for flow control, sequence valves, flow dividers, and integrated circuits for every type of machine. And finally, the innovative overcenter valves, able to solve the problems related to the control of low flow rates, high load losses, and exhaust backpressure. In this market segment we find models for very low oil flow rates (i.e. less than 5 l/min), which can avoid pitching and bumps of the application even with a few litres. We also find valves that, for the same capacity and size, reduce load losses and oil heating, with an increase of the maximum flow rate which, according to the data provided by the manufacturer, reach 50% per cent.
