NEWS 76 NEWS di Emanuele Bredice C laas rinnova la gamma di pale caricatrici Torion con l’in- troduzione di tre nuovi modelli – 1177, 1410 e 1511 – per i quali l’adozione delle nuove motorizzazioni stage V è sta- ta lo spunto da cui apportare sostanziali modifiche anche alle ci- nematiche di sollevamento e alla cabina. Torion 1511 ora monta un motore Deere Power System (DPS) a sei cilindri e 6.8 litri, che fornisce 138 kW/188 Cv, con un incre- mento di potenza del 12% rispetto al modello precedente (dati del costruttore), mentre la trasmissione Variopower con i suoi 105 cm 3 permette di ottenere più dinamismo e agilità. Il Torion 1410 è inoltre dotato di boost che, sottolinea la casa tedesca, consente un aumento della potenza del 5%, fino a 120 kW/163 Cv. Inva- riata, invece, la potenza motore erogata dal Torion 1177. La cinematica di sollevamento dei Torion 1410 e 1511, riproget- tata dai tecnici Claas con cilindri maggiorati e con l’inserimento della funzione di caricamento automatico Smart Loading, ora ha fino al 20% di potenza in più rispetto alle versioni precedenti. La benna, fra le molteplici funzioni, include un sistema di ritorno au- tomatico con altezze di sollevamento e abbassamento program- mabili, e un sistema di abbassamento automatico quando la ben- na è troppo inclinata. Questo permette di memorizzare le sue po- sizioni per due diverse applicazioni o due diverse attrezzature. La cabina delle nuove macchine che ricalca quella delle versioni superiori – la 1812 e la 1914 – è stata rinnovata all’insegna del comfort e dell’efficienza. Tra le novità, spicca il nuovo terminal tou- ch screen con schermo da 9 pollici (offre una maggiore superficie “utile”) , più chiaro rispetto ai precedenti modelli grazie al contra- sto dei colori ad alta risoluzione. Il bracciolo è stato completa- mente riprogettato con pulsanti disposti in modo ergonomico, ren- dendo lo spazio ideale anche per gli operatori più esigenti. Ridi- segnato anche il parabrezza, che offre un maggior raggio d’azio- ne del tergicristallo e del campo visivo; anche la visuale poste- riore è stata migliorata, grazie a un nuovo lunotto piatto totalmente integrato nel cofano motore. Per finire, fino a sei fari LED posti sul retro della cabina forniscono maggiore luce nella zona posteriore per il lavoro notturno o in condizioni di scarsa visibilità. by Emanuele Bredice C laas renews the range of Torion loaders with the in- troduction of three new models - 1177, 1410 and 1511 - for which the adoption of the new stage V en- gines was the starting point for making substantial changes to the lifting kinematics and the cabin. The lifting kinematics of the Torion 1410 and 1511, re- designed by Claas technicians with larger cylinders and the Smart Loading automatic loading function, now has up to 20% more power than previous versions. Among its many functions, the bucket includes an automatic return system with pro- grammable lifting and lowering heights, and an automatic low- ering system when the bucket is too tilted. This allows you to memorize its positions for two different applications or two different devices. The cab of these new machines, which is similar to that of the superior versions - the 1812 and 1914 - has been renovated in the name of comfort and efficiency. Among the innovations, the new touchscreen terminal with 9-inch screen stands out (it offers a greater “usable” surface), clearer than the previ- ous models thanks to the high-resolution colour contrast. The armrest has been completely redesigned with ergonomically arranged buttons, making the space ideal for even the most demanding operators. The windscreen was also redesigned, offering a greater range of action for the wiper and field of vi- sion. The rear view was also improved, thanks to a new flat rear window fully integrated into the engine hood.
