L’innovazione dei tecnici dell’a- zienda di Caldaro (Bolzano) semplifica il funzionamento della macchina, che ora può cambiare velocità di lavoro in modo rapido e intuitivo grazie ai comandi del display posizionato nella cabina del trattore. Il modello SUPERSOIL, apprezzato come fresa a velocità di rotazione lenta, è sta- to pensato per frantumare pietre di un diametro fino a 40 cm, lavorare fino a 30 cm di profondità nel terreno, fresare grandi ceppi e macinare legna fino a 50 cm di diametro. Il tutto con una sola passata. Ma la SU- PERSOIL, grazie alla tecnologia 2SPEED POWERSHIFT, può essere utiliz- zata anche per quelle operazioni di preparazione del terreno che richie- dono la frantumazione dei sassi e dei ceppi degli alberi, svolgendo così le lavorazioni tipiche di una trincia o di una fresa foresatale. Il sistema introdotto dall’azienda altoatesina prevede due marce posizionate nel ro- tore che vengono gestite dal cambio centrale con frizione ad azionamento elettro-idraulico. Il cambio – spiega l’impresa di Caldaro – è stato pro- gettato per mantenere la stessa velocità di rotazione della presa di for- za del trattore mentre cambia la velocità di rotazione del rotore. La pri- ma marcia permette alla fresa di preparare il terreno lavorando in profon- dità sassi e ceppi con un ridotto assorbimento di potenza (anche nel ca- so di interventi particolarmente gravosi); la seconda invece consente di raddoppiare la velocità del rotore per sminuzzare ceppi e legname (di grandi e piccole dimensioni) sulla superficie del terreno. Per gli operato- ri che hanno bisogno di un mezzo ad alto rendimento, sono disponibili diversi tipi di utensili: dall’ULTRA MONO PROTECT V-LOCK capace di fran- tumare pietre, di stabilizzare il suolo e di trinciare piante, all’ULTRA-TIP V- LOCK in grado di fresare ceppi sino ad 80 cm di diametro.
