I bracci portadenti (i denti da 9,5 mm sono imbul- lonati sul braccio e non sulla parte esterna) sono dotati di uno speciale attacco PROFIX brevettato con 20 speciali sca- nalature che ne migliorano la stabilità al braccio eliminando al contempo ogni gioco. Facili e veloci da cambiare in caso di danneggiamento (è sufficiente sganciare e agganciare le molle di blocco), i bracci hanno un punto di flessione pre- definito e in caso di impatto evitano danni alla parte cen- trale della girante. Su tutti gli andanatori LINER, con la sola eccezione di quelli monogirante (tranne il modello 500 che ne è provvisto), Claas ha previsto la possibilità di una so- spensione cardanica del carrello, mentre la sospensione flot- tante – fornita di serie – permette di adattare le giranti alla morfologia del terreno grazie al movimento longitudinale e trasversale del perno sferico di collegamento tra girante e braccio. Le giranti inoltre, sono indipendenti dal telaio e que- sto garantisce un adattamento tridimensionale alle irrego- larità del suolo. Altro punto di forza della girante è l’effetto jet, ovvero durante il sollevamento le ruote anteriori del car- rello precedono le ruote posteriori, per non rovinare l’anda- na o per evitare che la girante stessa resti incastrata nel ter- reno. L’altezza di sollevamento può essere regolata per via meccanica, così come l’altezza di rastrellamento (può es- sere impostata attraverso una scala graduata sotto la gi- rante) oppure per via idraulica direttamente in cabina. Altro punto di forza dei LINER è la manovrabilità. On all LINER windrowers, with the ex- ception of single-impeller windrowers (except for the 500 model, which is fitted with it), Claas has provided the option of cardanic suspension of the trolley, while the floating sus- pension - supplied as standard - allows the rotors to be adapt- ed to the morphology of the terrain thanks to the longitudi- nal and transverse movement of the spherical pin connect- ing the rotor to the arm. The rotors are also independent of the frame, which ensures three-dimensional adaptation to uneven ground. Another strength of the rotor is the jet effect, i.e. while lifting, the front wheels of the trolley precede the rear wheels, so as not to damage the windrow or prevent the rotor from getting stuck in the ground. The lifting height can be adjusted mechanically, as can the raking height (which can be set using a graduated scale under the rotor) or hy- draulically directly in the cab. Another strong point of the LIN- ER is its manoeuvrability. Claas windrowers are equipped with an innovative active steering system, which allows them to make significant turns even in tight spaces, as the tractor's turning radius is transmitted to the wheels of the implement, enabling it to follow the correct trajectory.
