Progettato dai tecnici dell’azienda veneta per essere abbinato a trattori di bassa potenza, il nuovo modello della casa padovana (la sede è a Campodarsego) permette di preparare il letto di semina con una sola passata, riducendo gli ingombri a tutto vantaggio della stabilità in fase di lavoro e di trasporto. Il telaio fisso, portato, si presenta con due ranghi di ancore regolabili in inclinazione per impostare correttamente l’aggressività desiderata della lavorazione. Il sistema di sicurezza a bullone di trancio è standard ma, grazie al sistema NO STOP (la molla entra in funzione con spinte sul puntale superiori ai 450 chili), Terremoto 2 è in grado di operare anche su terreni pesanti. Gli organi lavoranti sono composti da puntali da 90 mm e da alette laterali da 470 mm che permettono una profondità di lavoro uniforme fino a 25 cm. Il deflettore dal design curvo (posizionato sulla parte superiore) consente di mescolare in modo ottimale il terreno e i residui colturali. La sezione centrale è formata da un rango di dischi da 510 mm disposti in modo sfalsato e collocati su silent block, che hanno la funzione di pareggiare il terreno, interrare il residuo e chiudere eventuali solchi. La disposizione sfalsata fornisce un flusso costante anche con un’importante quantità di residuo, su terreni sia secchi che umidi. La sezione finale posteriore è costituita da un rullo a regolazione meccanica che è disponibile in quattro diverse tipologie: ad anelli, a U, a gabbia o a doppia gabbia. Quest’ultimo, grazie alla differente velocità di rotazione dei due rulli dovuta ai diversi diametri (460 mm e 430 mm), è particolarmente efficace per la riduzione della zolle. The staggered arrangement provides consistent flow even with a significant amount of residue, on both dry and wet soils. The rear final section consists of a mechanically adjustable roller that is available in four different types: ring, Ushaped, cage or double cage. The latter, thanks to the different rotation speed of the two rollers due to the different diameters (460 mm and 430 mm), is particularly effective in reducing clods. The pivoting system, finally, allows to follow uniformly the profile of the ground.
