Altra novità è quella relativa alla coppia massima, che su entrambi i modelli è stata incrementata per raggiungere i 518Nm a 1300 giri/minuto. Questa soluzione – spiega con una nota tecnica il costruttore – garantisce da un lato maggiori prestazioni idrauliche e una maggiore produttività nelle movimentazioni con caricatore frontale, dall’altro un minor consumo di carburante e una minore rumorosità durante il funzionamento. Da segnalare poi, tra i punti di forza dell’idraulica degli X6 Xtrashift, la tecnologia “Power Beyond”, che permette di utilizzare a pieno ritmo tutti i 110 litri/minuto della portata. Sui due utility X6 Xtrashift il costruttore ha previsto sette distributori, di cui 2 ventrali e 3 meccanici; per questi ultimi il selettore di flusso raddoppia le uscite e un regolatore di flusso agevola le operazioni per attrezzi che richiedono determinate portate. In aggiunta, è possibile prevedere altri due distributori, sempre al posteriore e sempre elettronici. La trasmissione assicura la velocità giusta per ogni specifica applicazione grazie al consolidato schema 36+12 con HML (3 marce sotto carico) e Reverse Power Shuttle con modulazione d’innesto; con il super-riduttore le velocità diventano 48+16. Il sollevatore posteriore, a comando elettronico, ha una capacità di carico di 6.000 chili, mentre il sistema auto PTO attiva/disattiva la presa di forza a una determinata altezza del sollevatore. È inoltre presente il sistema antibeccheggio che consente di compensare le sconnessioni del terreno durante lavorazioni e trasporto. Inoltre, grazie al McCormick Fleet & Remote Diagnostic Management, è possibile gestire la flotta di trattori diminuendo i costi operativi e stabilendo la produttività delle macchine attraverso il controllo dei parametri di lavorazione e della telemetria del trattore. Finally, remote diagnostics enable machine downtime to be shortened by remotely intervening for software updates. These features are compatible with Industry 4.0 and tax credit requirements.
