L’azienda di Montù Beccaria (Pavia) si presenta alla kermesse bolognese con due novità, i modelli Green Hug e Power Blow. Green Hug è una testata di distribuzione studiata per gli atomizzatori più performanti della gamma Cima. Infatti, eroga una portata d’aria tale da garantire la copertura omogenea della parete vegetativa e la necessaria penetrazione anche a fronte di masse fogliari importanti. La particolare struttura del telaio – sottolinea l’azienda lombarda – valorizza la versatilità operativa mentre la gestione delle movimentazioni idrauliche e dei comandi di irrorazione, direttamente dal posto di guida del trattore, assicurano all’operatore un comfort ottimale. L'impianto idraulico, oltre alle funzioni primarie per il posizionamento della testata per la fase di trasporto stradale e di lavoro, gestisce la movimentazione e la registrazione indipendente dei due bracci; una soluzione, questa, indicata per i trattamenti nei filari con larghezze comprese tra 1,8 e 3,3 metri. Inoltre, con Green Hug è possibile trattare contemporaneamente due filari adiacenti, grazie ai quattro diffusori ad inclinazione regolabile (del tipo “mano” a quattro dita) che permettono di distribuire in modo omogeneo i prodotti fitosanitari. La particolare conformazione dei diffusori permette di utilizzarli in diverse tipologie di colture a sviluppo verticale, quali vigneti, lamponi, mirtilli, o più in generale le colture a spalliera. La seconda novità di prodotto che Cima presenterà ad EIMA 2022, il modello Power Blow, è una testata concepita per lavorare in condizioni difficili, senza rinunciare a prestazioni elevate. Nei filari fino a tre metri, la testata Power Blow permette infatti un controllo ottimale dei trattamenti, grazie ai nuovi cannoni superiori che erogano un’elevata portata d’aria e assicurano una completa copertura della vegetazione. I comandi idraulici dei cannoni permettono all’operatore di gestirli direttamente dalla cabina, migliorando così la versatilità del sistema di distribuzione. Da segnalare, infine, tra gli altri plus della testata Power Blow le due mani inferiori a quattro diffusori e le due mani intermedie a due diffusori; una configurazione, questa, grazie alla quale è in grado di effettuare trattamenti con passaggi in filari alternati. by Editorial Staff In the spraying sector, at EIMA International, all eyes are on the Cima stand. Green Hug is a distribution head designed for the most performing sprayers in the Cima range. It delivers enough air flow to guarantee uniform coverage of the vegetative wall and the necessary penetration even when there are significant leaf masses. The particular structure of the frame - emphasises the Lombardy-based company - enhances operational versatility, while the management of hydraulic movements and spraying controls, directly from the tractor driver's seat, ensures optimum operator comfort. In addition to the primary functions for positioning the header for road transport and work, the hydraulic system manages the independent movement and adjustment of the two booms; this solution is recommended for treatments in rows with widths between 1.8 and 3.3 metres. In addition, with Green Hug it is possible to treat two adjacent rows at the same time, thanks to the four diffusers with adjustable angle (of the four-finger "hand" type), which ensure an even distribution of plant protection products. The particular shape of the diffusers allows them to be used in different types of vertically developed crops, such as vineyards, raspberries, blueberries, or more generally espalier crops. The second new product that Cima will be presenting at EIMA 2022, the Power Blow model, is a header designed to work in difficult conditions without sacrificing high performance. In rows of up to three metres, the Power Blow header provides optimal control of treatments, thanks to the new upper cannons that deliver a high air flow and ensure complete coverage of the vegetation. The hydraulic cannon controls allow the operator to manage them directly from the cab, thus improving the versatility of the distribution system. Finally, the other pluses of the Power Blow header include the two lower hands with four diffusers and the two intermediate hands with two diffusers; this configuration makes it possible to carry out treatments with alternating row passes.
