SPECIALE EIMA SPECIALE EIMA 70 Frandent Eternum, newhigh-end harrows Frandent Eternum, nuovi erpici di alta gamma di Giacomo Di Paola Frandent Group, azienda di Osasco (Torino), produttrice di macchine da fienagione e lavorazione terreno, presenta a EIMA International la nuova gamma di erpici Eternum modelli HN - HR - HS. I nuovi erpici, che fin dall’inizio della progettazione sono stati concepiti come macchine professionali di alta qualità, sono caratterizzati da quattro rotori per metro, montati su cuscinetti a rulli conici e con scatola rotori rinforzata. Una soluzione in grado di garantire una spiccata resistenza anche nelle condizioni più difficili di lavoro. Sono dotati di elevata potenza, che va dai 160 cavalli per il modello HN ai 200 cavalli per il modello HR, fino ad arrivare ai 300 cavalli del modello HS. La gamma ha una larghezza di lavoro compresa fra i 2,5 e i 4 metri. L’azienda sottolinea, inoltre, che è stato realizzato uno studio ad hoc per ottimizzare la resistenza e il peso rispetto agli sforzi applicati nei diversi punti della macchina. Frutto di questo studio sono proprio gli erpici Eternum caratterizzati da nuovi telai che permettono una resistenza ottimizzata e un’integrazione con le seminatrici pneumatiche. In questa maniera si crea una forte connessione tra due attività svolte contemporaneamente, con conseguente riduzione dei tempi e dei costi di lavoro. The new harrows, which from the very star t of their design have been conceived as high quality professional machines, feature four rotors per metre, mounted on tapered roller bearings and with a reinforced rotor housing. This solution provides a high degree of resistance even under the most difficult working conditions. They are equipped with high power, ranging from 160 horsepower for the HN model and 200 horsepower for the HR model, up to 300 horsepower for the HS model. The range has a working width of between 2.5 and 4 metres. The company also points out that an ad hoc study was carried out to optimise resistance and weight in relation to the stresses applied at different points of the machine. The result of this study are the Eternum harrows characterised by new frames that offer optimised strength and integration with pneumatic seed drills. This creates a strong connection between two activities carried out at the same time, resulting in a reduction in working time and costs. Frandent at EIMA International will also present innovations in the other two segments in which it is active, that of seed drills and haymaking.
