Il primo, promosso da FederUnacoma/Assoidrotech si è incentrato sul tema “Risorse idriche, emergenza globale”, avendo come relatori Attilio Toscano, dell’Università di Bologna e Jacopo Fratus De Balestrini, in rappresentanza di Assoidrotech. Il secondo ha avuto per tema “L’acqua, una risorsa da tutelare tra sostenibilità e opportunità”. Organizzato da Agia/Cia il convegno ha visto la partecipazione di Enrico Calentini, presidente nazionale di Agia/Cia, Angiolo Martinelli, dirigente Uso sostenibile delle risorse idriche del Ministero della transizione ecologica, Roberto Bernabini, vicedirettore generale del Consorzio di bonifica della Romagna, Stefano Francia, presidente dell’associazione Agricoltura è vita/Cia e, collegata dalla COP27 in Egitto, Federica Matteoli della Fao. Nell’occasione è stato presentato il progetto Euway (Efficient Use of Water among Agricultural Youth), finanziato dall’Unione europea e che coinvolge 5 Paesi (Italia, Belgio, Germania, Irlanda e Spagna). Il progetto si pone l’obiettivo entro il 2024 di arrivare a buone pratiche di utilizzo delle risorse idriche, con una piattaforma tecnica dedicata e un’attenzione particolare rivolta alla formazione dei giovani agricoltori. Sullo sfondo aleggia l’opportunità dell’utilizzo delle acque reflue depurate a uso irriguo. Entro giugno 2023 – ha ricordato Martinelli – uscirà il Decreto attuativo del Regolamento Ue 741/2020 che disciplinerà nuovamente l’intera materia. One background topic is whether it is appropriate to use purified wastewater for irrigation purposes. By June 2023 – noted Martinelli - the implementing decree of EU Regulation 741/2020 will come out, which will again regulate the entire matter. This is a thorny topic, since the use of this water can only be properly achieved with substantial investments capable of bringing the water to the quality required for agricultural uses, as already happens in countries such as Israel and Cyprus.
