Si tratta delle frese RPL/SSL, RPM/SSL e RWM/SSL, destinate ad equipaggiare le minipale e studiate per la preparazione della superficie e il ripristino del manto stradale in vista della stesura di un nuovo strato di asfalto o di cemento, ma anche per la semplificazione delle operazioni di scavo (nel caso della RWM/SSL). Queste macchine si basano sulla tecnologia della “fresatura a freddo”, grazie alla quale la superficie del manto stradale viene scalfita e fresata da appositi utensili fissati sul rotore. Il rotore, peraltro, è studiato dai progettisti FAE con l’obiettivo di incrementare le prestazioni della fresa e ridurne le vibrazioni. Il modello RPL/SSL può essere utilizzato con minipale da 60 a 120 Cv, ed è in grado di fresare fino a 17 cm di profondità, ed è disponibile in tre larghezze 45, 60 e 75 cm. La RPM/SSL, per minipale tra 75 e 120 Cv, è ancora più performante poiché è in grado di incidere l’asfalto fino a 25 cm di profondità e 60 cm di larghezza. La precisione operativa è assicurata dal sistema di traslazione idraulica e da pratici indicatori di profondità e di taglio. Il design costruttivo, inoltre, agevola le lavorazioni poiché offre all’operatore in cabina una piena visuale sulla fresa. Il modello RWM/SSL è compatibile con minipale da 75 a 120 Cv e può creare canaline fino a 50 cm di profondità con larghezza modulare da 8, 10 o 12 cm. La profondità di lavoro è garantita sia da un apposito indicatore che dalle slitte autolivellanti. The RPL/SSL model can be used with skid steer loaders from 60 to 120 Hp, it can mill down to a depth of 17 cm, and it is available in three widths: 45, 60 and 75 cm. The RPM/SSL, for skid steer loaders between 75 and 120 Hp, is even more powerful as it can cut asphalt up to 25 cm deep and 60 cm wide. Operational precision is ensured by the hydraulic translation system and practical depth and cut indicators. The design also eases the work as it gives the operator in the cab a full view of the cutter. The RWM/SSL model is compatible with skid steer loaders from 75 to 120 Hp and can create trenches up to 50 cm deep with a modular width of 8, 10 or 12 cm. The working depth is provided by both a special indicator and the self-levelling skids. The milling system is equipped with a disc rotor, which makes this machine suitable for creating trenches for laying electricity and water pipes, as well as for gas and fibre optics.
