Barigelli & C, azienda marchigiana (la sede è a Cingoli, in provincia di Macerata) specializzata nello sviluppo e nella produzione di macchine per la raccolta del pomodoro industriale nonché nella realizzazione di polverizzatori trainati e di estrattori centrifughi ad asse orizzontale per il settore industriale e alimentare, ha recentemente presentato un nuovo apripista portato. Si tratta del modello Raptor 180°, lanciato lo scorso novembre in occasione della 45ª edizione di EIMA International. «La macchina – spiega il costruttore con una nota tecnica – trova il suo campo di applicazione ideale proprio nella coltivazione del pomodoro industriale dove essa rappresenta una valida alternativa agli apripista semoventi, rispetto ai quali richiede un investimento economico più contenuto». Collegato alla trattrice sull’attacco a tre punti e alla PTO, Raptor 180° permette di realizzare capezzagne della lunghezza di 10 metri e di aprire le file per tutta la lunghezza del campo. Grazie al suo scarico orientabile verso destra e verso sinistra (rispetto alla posizione di lavoro), Raptor 180° può aprire fino a 4 file. Inoltre è equipaggiato con un pick-up che consente di tagliare la pianta anche nelle zone dove la vegetazione è più folta. La movimentazione dei nastri e del sistema di taglio è garantita da un impianto idraulico indipendente installato sul Raptor 180°, mentre i ruotini e la posizione di scarico possono essere regolati attraverso i distributori idraulici della trattrice. L’allestimento base del Raptor 180° può essere arricchito con optional quali coclee (destra e sinistra), spartifila e monitor con telecamera. by Giovanni M. It is the Raptor 180° model, launched last November at the 45th edition of EIMA International. "The ideal field of application of this machine" explains the manufacturer in a technical note, "is the cultivation of industrial tomatoes, where it is a valid alternative to self-propelled dozers, compared to which it requires a lower economic investment". Connected to the tractor on the three-point hitch and to the PTO, Raptor 180° makes it possible to make headlands up to 10 metres long and to open rows along the entire length of the field. Thanks to its pivoting discharge to the right and left (relative to the working position), Raptor 180° can open up to 4 rows. In addition, it is equipped with a pick-up that allows it to cut the plant even in areas where the vegetation is thicker. Movement of the belts and cutting system is ensured by an independent hydraulic system installed on the Raptor 180°, while the wheels and discharge position can be adjusted via the tractor's hydraulic distributors. The basic equipment of the Raptor 180° can be enhanced with optional extras such as augers (left and right), row splitter and monitor with camera.
