È caratterizzato da due dischi – uno dentato e l’altro liscio – disposti in modo sfalsato, dotati di raschiaterra e divaricati in modo da ospitare il tubo adduttore del seme. Il seme viene inserito nel terreno dal dispositivo; la penetrazione degli assolcatori è garantita da un carico di 180 Kg, incrementabile attraverso molle con precarico regolabile. La parte terminale dell’unità di semina è variamente configurabile con dischi dentati singoli o doppi o con ruote di pressione regolabili meccanicamente, così come l’assolcatore su cui è possibile applicare anche una ruota gommata e i premi seme a coda di castoro. La profondità di semina è regolabile manualmente tramite una manovella dedicata. La seminatrice è disponibile nella versione trainata con larghezze di lavoro da 3 m (telaio fisso o pieghevole) e larghezze di lavoro da 4,5 e 6 m. Per queste il numero di file standard è rispettivamente di 17, 25 e 33 file. Il peso varia da un minimo di 3.150 Kg per la macchina da 3 metri a un massimo di 8.700 Kg per quella da 6 metri, mentre la richiesta di potenza è compresa tra 100 e 250 Cv. Per il modello da 3 metri la tramoggia del seme e del concime sono rispettivamente di 1.300 e 600 litri, mentre per i modelli da 4,5 e 6 metri la tramoggia del seme e del concime sono rispettivamente di 2.500 e 600 litri. Le seminatrici Sicura nella versione pneumatica “SSP” sono dotate di sistema di trasporto pneumatico del seme e del concime, dosatore volumetrico e azionamento idraulico. Per migliorare la versatilità della macchina e ottimizzare il lavoro in campo sono disponibili varie tipologie di allestimento che prevedono il ricorso all’elettronica per la gestione di operazioni relative alla semina, quali l’azionamento elettrico dei distributori, il controllo elettronico dei distributori stessi, la connessione ai sistemi satellitari. – arranged in a staggered manner, equipped with ground scraper and spaced apart so as to accommodate the seed adductor tube.
