Another great strong point of the new Oleo-Mac blowers is the air speed regulation system, which comes with the innovative BOOST function. The device – explains the Emilian company with a technical note – allows you to increase the speed, and therefore the force of the jet, up to a maximum of 50 meters per second, thus improving the operational performance of the blower. Suitable for cleaning gardens from leaves, small debris or clippings, the models in the BVi 60 BOOST range are powered by a brushless motor which significantly reduces both noise (from 88.6 to 98 dB) and vibrations of the machine (less than 2.5 m/s²). The batteries, offered in the two or five ampere-hour (Ah) charging version, offer constant performance, i.e. independent of the amount of energy available. The working autonomy, for 2 Ah batteries, is between 32 minutes and 12 minutes, depending on whether the machine is used at minimum or maximum power. With the 5 Ah one, autonomy reaches 82 minutes at minimum power and 25 at full power. Charging times vary from 88 (2 Ah battery) to 220 minutes (5 Ah), but can go down to 40 and 90 respectively with the CRG FAST charging system.
