What will be previewed in Hanover is a product entirely made in Italy whose specifications exceed the EN857-ISO11237 standards. This is a no-skive hose – meaning it does not require removing or milling the outer rubber before installing the ferrule and fitting – featuring high abrasion resistance and a smooth coating. It also features higher than normal operating and burst pressures, high flexibility and reduced bending radii. The inner surface of the hose is made of synthetic rubber, extruded without joints and with uniform thickness. The outer coating is particularly resistant to oils, fuels and atmospheric agents. The hose was designed primarily for high-performance applications on agricultural machinery and equipment. A few technical details can better describe the new Wikken brand hose. The hose is available in the Compact 1SC and 2SC versions, with diameters of 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and 1". The internal reinforcement consists of one high-strength steel braid for the 1SC version and two braids for the 2SC version. As for the operating temperature, the hose operates from -40 °C to +100 °C with mineral, biological and lubricating oils, from -40 °C to +70 °C with water-glycol emulsions and from 0 °C to +70 °C with water. The Lecce-based company warrants that every stage of production is subject to rigorous processing controls and that each individual hose is tested according to pre-established parameters before distribution. According to Nuzzo Fortunato, the new compact hose, combined with performance that exceeds standards, procides an excellent power-to-weight ratio, ideal for all hydraulic circuits requiring high performance and long service life. Il tubo è disponibile nelle versioni Compatta 1SC e 2SC, con diametri da 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" e 1". Il rinforzo interno è costituito da una treccia in acciaio ad alta resistenza per la versione 1SC e da due trecce per la versione 2SC. Per quanto riguarda la temperatura di esercizio, il tubo opera da -40°C a +100°C con oli minerali, biologici e lubrificanti, da -40°C a +70°C con emulsioni acqua-glicole e da 0°C a +70°C con acqua. La casa leccese garantisce che ogni fase di produzione è oggetto di rigorosi controlli di lavorazione e che prima della distribuzione ogni singolo tubo viene testato secondo i parametri prestabiliti.
