Opera 300, questo il nome della macchina, è un mezzo agile e leggero studiato dai tecnici dell’azienda veneta – la sede operativa si trova a Campodarsego in provincia di Padova – per lavorare in collina con trattori di media potenza. La seminatrice, infatti, permette di gestire con maggiore disinvoltura le svolte a fine campo e, grazie alla tramoggia dalle linee innovative, frutto della collaborazione con il SID (Scuola Italiana di Design), offre una buona autonomia di lavoro grazie all’ampia capacità di carico. L’accoppiamento al trattore è di tipo trainato con l’attacco a due punti che facilita sia i trasferimenti stradali che le svolte a fine campo. Opera 300 è stata progettata per entrare in azione dopo la lavorazione primaria del terreno, sfruttando contemporaneamente più tipologie di utensili. Il primo ad entrare in azione è un rango di due ruote gommate che rompe gli aggregati più grandi prima dell’intervento della dischiera. Quest’ultima è costituita da due serie di dischi da 460 millimetri, ampiamente spaziati tra loro per garantire un buon flusso del materiale, anche in presenza di una cospicua quantità di residuo colturale. Il particolare design dei dischi, inoltre, riduce l’accumulo di terra al loro interno anche sui terreni più umidi. Le ruote di grande diametro, preposte alla movimentazione della macchina, sono posizionate in maniera sfalsata e contribuiscono a riconsolidare il letto di semina in modo uniforme permettendo così di ottimizzare il trasferimento dell’umidità dal terreno lavorato al seme. La barra di semina è composta da 24 elementi con interfila da 12,5 centimetri. La profondità di semina è regolata tramite un sistema idraulico ed è mantenuta costante grazie ai ruotini premiseme. L’ultima sezione della macchina è rappresentata dall’erpice copriseme che assicura la corretta copertura del terreno favorendo l’uniformità di germinazione. by Emanuele Bredice On the occasion of Agritechnica 2023, Maschio Gaspardo presented a new model for combined seeding. The seed drill, in fact, allows you to manage headland turns with greater ease and, thanks to the hopper with innovative lines, the result of collaboration with the SID (Italian School of Design), offers good working autonomy thanks to the large load capacity. The coupling to the tractor is of the towed type with the two-point hitch that facilitates both road transfers and headland turns. Opera 300 has been designed to come into action after the primary tillage of the soil, using several types of tools at the same time. The first to come into action is a two-wheeler that breaks the larger aggregates before the disc holder is deployed. The latter consists of two sets of 460 mm discs, widely spaced to ensure a good flow of material, even in the presence of a large amount of crop residue. The special design of the discs also reduces the accumulation of soil inside them even on the wettest soils. The large diameter wheels, used to move the machine, are positioned in a staggered manner and help to reconsolidate the seedbed evenly, thus optimizing the transfer of moisture from the tilled soil to the seed. The seeding bar consists of 24 elements with 12.5 cm row spacing. The seeding depth is regulated by a hydraulic system and is kept constant thanks to the seed press wheels. The last section of the machine is represented by the seed harrow that ensures the correct coverage of the soil, favoring germination uniformity.
