Losavio The performance of the agricultural machinery market in the main reference countries is conditioned by persistent inflationary pressures on raw materials, extreme weather events and, more generally, by a widespread climate of economic uncertainty. However, there are positive signs, relating in particular to the liveliness of demand for certain types of machinery and to government support programs for the agricultural sector. This is the scenario outlined at Agritechnica by Ignacio Ruiz, president of Agrievolution, the organization that brings together the main national associations of agricultural machinery manufacturers at a global level. The last twenty years have been a period of great transformation for the global agro-mechanical sector, driven by the robust growth in commodity trading volumes, which rose from $405 billion to $1.2 trillion. The two-year period 2022-2023 – it was said at the press conference – was characterized by a much more heterogeneous and jagged trend than 2021, which had recorded conspicuous increases in all the most important global markets. Losavio L’andamento del mercato dei macchinari per l’agricoltura nei principali Paesi di riferimento è condizionato dalle perduranti pressioni inflazionistiche sulle materie prime, da eventi meteorologici estremi e, più in generale, da un diffuso clima di incertezza economica. Non mancano tuttavia segnali positivi, relativi in particolare alla vivacità della domanda per alcune tipologie di macchinari e ai programmi governativi di sostegno al settore agricolo. Questo lo scenario tratteggiato ad Agritechnica da Ignacio Ruiz, presidente di Agrievolution, l’organizzazione che riunisce a livello globale le principali associazioni nazionali di costruttori di macchine agricole. n. 12/2023 5 CLOSE-UP terials crisis, up to tensions on the geopolitical scenario, in 2022, but especially in 2023, the weight of those disruptive factors that in part still condition the trend of the sector has been felt, albeit with a different prominence and weight depending on the different national contexts. France keeps running. 2023 should close on a positive note for the French market, which according to Agrievolution estimates, could for the first time exceed 9 billion in value. The growth in France, to which the equipment segment contributed significantly (+23% in the first six months compared to the same period in 2022) – underlines the World Manufacturers' Organization – is due not so much to an expansion in demand, but to the fulfillment of orders that remained in arrears last year. 2024 could therefore mark a slowdown in the sector, given that between January and June 2023 orders fell by 21% and that in August the Axema index (the association of French manufacturers) on business confidence in the sector is at its lowest levels since December 2017. Turkey: sales and production are growing. Positive figures also for Turkey, which in the first nine months of the year saw an increase in both production (+25% to 69,500 units) and tractor sales (+28% to 57,200 vehicles). Despite this positive trend, the market scenario for the short and medium term appears to be affected by a decline in confidence in government policies and a worsening of the country's overall economic situation (fears of stagflation, low investment support, restrictions on access to credit). Fixed commodity prices, at a still low level, could contribute – according to Agrievolution – to curbing the Turkish agro-mechanical sector. In Russia, tractors are declining, but combine harvesters are growing. In the first eight months of the year, Russia, which is still under sanctions for the events related to the military aggression against Ukraine, recorded – between the months of January and August – a slight drop in tractor production (-3.5% on the same period of 2022, with 3,870 vehicles) and a significant increase in combine production (+59.1% with 4,766 machines). There was also a minus sign for round balers, which left 7.5% on the ground (1,200 vehicles sold). Argentina is a market that is struggling to take off. Il biennio 2022-2023 – è stato detto in conferenza stampa – si è caratterizzato per un andamento assai più eterogeneo e frastagliato del 2021, che aveva registrano vistosi incrementi in tutti i più importanti mercati globali. Dalle interruzioni delle catene di distribuzione alla crisi delle materie prime, fino alle tensioni sullo scenario geopolitico, nel 2022, ma soprattutto nel 2023, si è fatto sentire il peso di quei fattori perturbanti che in parte ancora condizionano il trend del comparto sia pure con un rilievo e un peso diverso a seconda dei differenti contesti nazionali. La Francia continua a correre. Il 2023 dovrebbe chiudersi in positivo per il mercato francese, che secondo le stime di Agrievolution, potrebbe per la prima volta superare i 9 miliardi in valore. La crescita della Francia, alla quale ha contribuito in misura significative il segmento delle attrezzature (+23% nei primi sei mesi rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2022) – sottolinea l’organizzazione mondiale dei costruttori – è dovuta non tanto a una espansione della domanda, quanto all’evasione degli ordini rimasti in arretrato lo scorso anno. Il 2024 potrebbe dunque segnare un rallentamento del settore, visto che tra gennaio e giugno del 2023 gli ordini sono diminuiti del 21% e che nel mese di agosto l’indice Axema (l’associazione dei costruttori francese) sulla fiducia delle imprese di settore è ai livelli più bassi dal dicembre 2017. Turchia: crescono vendite e produzione. Dati in positivo anche per la Turchia, che nei primi nove mesi dell’anno vede aumentare sia la produzione (+25% in ragione di 69.500 unità) che le vendite di trattori (+28% in ragione di 57.200 mezzi). Nonostante questo andamento positivo, lo scenario di mercato per il breve e medio termine appare condizionato da un calo della fiducia nelle politiche governative e da un peggioramento della situazione economica complessiva del Paese (timori di stagflazione, basso sostegno agli investimenti, restrizioni per l’accesso al credito). I prezzi fissi delle commodity, ad un livello ancora basso, potrebbero contribuire – secondo Agrievolution – a frenare il settore agromeccanico turco. In Russia calano i trattori ma crescono le mietitrebbie. Nei primi otto mesi dell’anno la Russia, che come noto è ancora sotto sanzioni per le vicende relative all’aggressione militare ai danni dell’Ucraina, ha registrato – tra i mesi di gennaio e agosto – un leggero calo della produzione di trattori (-3,5% sullo stesso periodo del 2022, in ragione di 3.870 mezzi) e un significativo incremento di quella di mietitrebbie (+59,1% in ragione di 4.766 macchine). Segno meno anche per le rotopresse, che lasciano sul terreno il 7,5% (1.200 i mezzi venduti). Argentina un mercato che stenta a decollare. Secondo gli
6 PRIMO PIANO analisti il mercato argentino delle tecnologie per l’agricoltura ha discrete potenzialità di sviluppo. L’associazione globale dei costruttori di macchine agricole stima infatti che nei prossimi cinque anni il settore potrebbe crescere ad un tasso medio annuo del 5,8%, sino a raggiungere un valore complessivo pari a circa 1,7 miliardi di dollari (oggi è di 1,3 miliardi circa). Tuttavia, l’andamento del comparto appare condizionato sia da variabili di natura climatico ambientale (la siccità del 2022, una delle peggiori di sempre ha peggiorato i fondamentali macroeconomici) sia dalla situazione economica complessiva del Paese, che appare poco favorevole, mentre non è ancora possibile valutare l’impatto che il nuovo corso politico porterà sull’agricoltura e sui settori ad essa collegati. USA, la flessione dei redditi agricoli frena le vendite di trattori. Nei primi dieci mesi dell’anno le immatricolazioni di trattori negli Stati Uniti hanno superato di poco le 218 mila unità. Il dato evidenzia una flessione dell’8,6% rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2022, con un saldo negativo pari a oltre 20 mila mezzi. La flessione del mercato è dovuta in particolare ad un calo di redditività per le produzioni agricole e, di conseguenza, ad una flessione dei redditi (-15,9%) e della capacità di spesa degli agricoltori. Incremento dei costi, flessione delle commodity, stagnazione della domanda sono, secondo Agrievolution, i principali fattori che hanno eroso le entrate delle aziende agricole. Giovanni M. U.S., falling farm incomes curb tractor sales. In the first ten months of the year, tractor registrations in the United States were just over 218,000 units. The figure shows a decrease of 8.6% compared to the same period of 2022, with a negative balance of over 20 thousand vehicles. The decline in the market is due in particular to a drop in profitability for agricultural production and, consequently, to a decline in farmers' incomes (-15.9%) and spending power. n. 12/2023 9 CLOSE-UP by Davide Gnesini - FederUnacoma Technical Service Manager Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, on machinery and repealing the current Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, was published at the end of June 2023. The new Regulation is the result of a process started in 2021 by the European Commission which, while confirming the effectiveness and consistency of the directive, has decided to update some aspects of it. The main innovations concern specific rules on digital technologies such as artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. In addition, the Commission has chosen the Regulation as the legislative instrument, instead of the Directive, to ensure identical application in different Member States. The Regulation has already entered into force, but for machinery manufacturers it will apply from 20 January 2027; therefore, until that date, the machinery will still have to be placed on the market on the basis of the provisions of Directive 2006/42/EC. EC certificates and declarations. A particular situation is that of EC type-examination certificates which remain valid until their expiry, even after the deadline laid down in the new Regulation (on 20 January 2027). But be careful: if even one of the newly introduced requirements, or one of the requirements modified by the new legislation, should apply to the product in question, the expiry date of the certificate will follow the date of application established by Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, namely January 20, 2027. Regarding Declarations of Conformity: “The provisions of the new Regulation include, by amending them, all those of the Directive currently in force, so it is already possible to design and manufacture products taking into account the requireAgricultural machinery, the novelties of EU Regulation The new legislation, which amends the 2006 “Machinery Directive”, came into force last June, at the end of a complex negotiation process started in 2021. Il nuovo Regolamento è il risultato di un percorso avviato nel 2021 dalla Commissione europea che, pur confermando l'efficacia e la coerenza della direttiva, ha ritenuto di doverne aggiornare alcuni aspetti. Le principali novità riguardano le regole specifiche sulle tecnologie digitali quali l’intelligenza artificiale e la sicurezza informatica. Inoltre, la Commissione ha scelto il regolamento come strumento legislativo, invece della direttiva, per garantire una applicazione identica nei diversi Stati membri. Il Regolamento è già entrato in vigore, ma per i costruttori di macchine si applicherà a partire dal 20 gennaio 2027; dunque, fino a quella data, le macchine dovranno ancora essere immesse sul mercato sulla base di quanto previsto alla Direttiva 2006/42/CE. I certificati e le dichiarazioni CE. Una situazione particolare è quella dei certificati di esame CE, i quali mantengono la propria validità fino alla loro scadenza temporale, anche se successiva al temine previsto dal nuovo regolamento (il 20 gennaio 2027, appunto). Attenzione però: se al prodotto in questione, si dovesse applicare anche uno solo dei requisiti di nuova introduzione, o modificati dalla nuova normativa, in tal caso il termine di scadenza del certificato seguirà la data di applicazione stabilita dal Regolamento (UE) 2023/1230, vale a dire il 20 gennaio 2027. Per quanto riguarda le Dichiarazioni di conformità: «Le disposizioni del nuovo regolamento comprendono, modificandole, tutte quelle della Direttiva attualmente in vigore, pertanto è possibile già da oggi progettare e realizzare i prodotti tenendo in considerazione i requisiti del nuovo Regolamento, pur emet-
10 PRIMO PIANO tendo la dichiarazione secondo la Direttiva attuale. La Guida Blu alla legislazione comunitaria dà al paragrafo 2.11 una soluzione utile per gestire le dichiarazioni di conformità a ridosso della data di applicazione». Tra le novità del Regolamento (UE) 2023/1230 è da notare che le macchine che richiedono particolari procedure di valutazione di conformità (quelle citate all’allegato IV della Direttiva attuale) sono raccolte in allegato I, diviso in due parti. Nella parte A sono elencate le macchine per cui è obbligatoria la certificazione con intervento dell’Ente notificato; invece, per le macchine in parte B, nel caso in cui la norma armonizzata di riferimento esista e copra tutti i rischi applicabili, è possibile procedere con l’autocertificazione. Le istruzioni diventano digitali. Un’altra importante novità riguarda il formato delle istruzioni: il nuovo regolamento infatti prevede in modo esplicito la possibilità di fornirle in formato digitale. Unica eccezione è quella relativa alle macchine che possono essere usate da un consumatore (a prescindere da quanto indicato dal costruttore): in tal caso, almeno le informazioni essenziali di sicurezza sono obbligatoriamente da fornire in cartaceo. Le norme di riferimento dei vari prodotti definiranno quali siano tali informazioni essenziali. Il concetto di “modifica sostanziale”. Nel Regolamento macchine è stato introdotto il concetto di “modifica sostanziale”, con i relativi obblighi per i soggetti che la realizzano. Nel merito, secondo il nuovo Regolamento, la persona che apporta una modifica sostanziale alla macchina o a un prodotto correlato è considerata un fabbricante ed è soggetta ai relativi obblighi. Invece, non è considerato un fabbricante l’utilizzatore non professionale che effettui per uso proprio una modifica sostanziale alla propria macchina o prodotto collegato. Sicurezza e valutazione rischi: entra in gioco l’IA. Atra novità rispetto all’attuale “Direttiva Macchine” è quella relativa ai “componenti di sicurezza” (art. 3) che, diversamente da quanto previsto dall’attuale normativa, possono essere sia fisici che digitali, compreso un software. Diversi, inoltre, i requisiti essenziali di sicurezza e tutela della salute (di seguito RESS) che sono stati modificati e aggiunti (Allegato III), in particolare al fine di affrontare rischi specifici delle macchine, inerenti alle nuove tecnologie digitali. Entrando nel dettaglio, sono stati modificati i ments of the new Regulation, while issuing the declaration according to the current Directive. Among the novelties of Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 it should be noted that machinery that requires special conformity assessment procedures (those mentioned in Annex IV of the current Directive) are collected in Annex I, divided into two parts. Part A lists the machines for which certification is mandatory with intervention of the Notified Body; instead, for machines in part B, if the reference harmonised standard exists and covers all applicable risks, it is possible to proceed with self-certification. Instructions go digital. Another important innovation concerns the format of instructions: the new regulation explicitly provides for the possibility of providing them in digital format. The only exception is for machines that can be used by a consumer (regardless of what the manufacturer indicates): in this case, at least essential safety information must be provided on paper. Product reference standards will define what this essential information is. The concept of “substantial modification”. In the Machinery Regulations the concept of “substantial modification” has been introduced, with the related obligations for the parties who make it. In substance, according to the new Regulation, the person who makes a substantial modification to the machinery or a related product is considered a manufacturer and is subject to the relevant obligations. However, a non-professional user who makes a substantial modification to his machine or related product for his own use is not considered a manufacturer. Safety and risk assessment: AI comes into play. Another novelty compared to the current "Machinery Directive" is that relating to "safety components" (art. 3) which, unlike the current legislation, can be both physical and digital, including software. In addition, several essential health and safety requirements (hereinafter referred to as RESS) have been amended and added (Annex III), in particular to address machine-specific risks inherent in new digital technologies. n. 12/2023 11 CLOSE-UP RESS relativi all’ergonomia (1.1.6); ai sistemi di comando (1.2.1); all’accesso alle postazioni di lavoro per la manutenzione (1.6.2); alle istruzioni per l’uso, con riferimento alle vibrazioni (2.2.1.1); ai sedili (3.2.2); alle batterie d’accumulatori (nuovo requisito per le batterie con ricarica automatica per macchine mobili. 3.5.1); alle macchine mobili o prodotti correlati mobili autonomi (3.6.3.3). Oltre alle modifiche dei RESS esistenti, il Regolamento (UE) 2023/1230 ne ha introdotti di nuovi: l’1.1.9 sulla protezione dall’alterazione (o in altri termini, cybersecurity), il 3.2.4 sulla funzione di supervisione e il 3.5.4 sul rischio di contatto con linee elettriche aeree sotto tensione. Ove appropriato, la valutazione dei rischi deve comprendere anche i pericoli connessi al comportamento – autonomo e in evoluzione – delle macchine. La normativa si riferisce all’Intelligenza Artificiale (IA), ma occorre precisare che i sistemi IA sono catalogati tra quelli “ad alto rischio” (Allegato I parte A) solo se continuano ad apprendere e a modificare il loro comportamento anche dopo l’immissione sul mercato. Infine, i principi di integrazione della sicurezza (RESS 1.1.2.) sono stati modificati per consentire agli utilizzatori di verificare le funzioni di sicurezza delle macchine. Per i costruttori di macchine agricole, quindi, il Regolamento avrà sicuramente un impatto, sia da un punto di vista formale che sostanziale. In particolare, dato l’incremento esponenziale della diffusione di tecnologie digitali nella meccanizzazione agricola, i costruttori dovranno essere pronti ad affrontare i nuovi requisiti su cybersecurity ed intelligenza artificiale e, di conseguenza, anche i regolamenti specifici che la Commissione sta sviluppando in merito. Finally, the principles of safety integration (RESS 1.1.2.) have been amended to allow users to verify the safety functions of machines. For agricultural machinery manufacturers, therefore, the Regulation will certainly have an impact, both formally and substantially. In particular, given the exponential increase in the uptake of digital technologies in agricultural mechanisation, manufacturers will need to be prepared to address the new requirements on cybersecurity and artificial intelligence and, consequently, also the specific regulations that the Commission is developing in this regard. di Fabrizio Sereni Più di 470 mila visitatori provenienti da 149 Paesi hanno affollato il quartiere fieristico di Hannover dall’11 al 18 novembre per conoscere dal vivo le novità e le innovazioni tecnologiche proposte ad Agritechnica dalle aziende della meccanizzazione agricola. I dati diffusi nella conferenza stampa di apertura della rassegna dagli organizzatori di DLG (Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft) indicano infatti che alla kermesse hanno partecipato 2.811 industrie espositrici, la maggior parte delle quali estere (1.831, a fronte di 980 tedesche) in rappresentanza di 52 nazioni. Il gruppo più nutrito è stato, ancora una volta, quella dei costruttori italiani con 351 espositori, seguito dalle case cinesi (182), turche (159), olandesi (141) e francesi (106). Complessivamente – fa sapere sempre la Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft – è stata impegnata una superficie espositiva lorda pari a circa 400 mila metri quadrati. Quest’anno la manifestazione faceva infatti il suo ritorno ufficiale tra gli appuntamenti fieristici mondiali, dopo un’assenza di quattro anni causata dalla pandemia di Covid-19 (l’ultima edizione della kermesse si era tenuta nel “lontano” 2019). Come noto, il 2020 e il 2022, l’emergenza sanitaria ha costretto gli organizzatori di eventi espositivi a ripensare, ridefinire e riprogrammare il calendario di eventi. «L’edizione 2023 di Agritechnica ha confermato l’elevata propensione del settore agromeccanico a sviluppare e ad offrire tecnologie a alta innovazione. Dopo quattro anni di stop – ha commentato Timo Zipf, Project Manager della rassegna – gli espositori sono finalmente tornati ad Hannover dove hanno portato le loro macchine e attrezzature di ultima generazione per il settore agricolo». Best of specialized. Nella sezione dedicata ai trattori “stretti”, quelli per vigneto e frutteto, ha trionfato il Landini Rex 4-120 GT RoboShift Dynamic, che si è imposto sul Tony 11700 V, sul Farmtrac 25 Ghst, sull’e100V Vario (vincitore del Sustainable Toty), e sul Metrac H70. A far pendere l’ago della bilancia sulla macchina di casa Landini non sono stati soltanto il sistema ADS per il precision farming, la cabina con sospensione "Zero Shock System" e l’equipaggiamento digitale e tecnologico disponibile a bordo della macchina, ma – anche e soprattutto – l’innovativa trasmissione messa a punto dalla casa reggiana. «La caratteristica saliente di questo modello è la trasmissione RoboShift, dotata di un sistema robotico elettroazionato che – si legge nelle motivazioni del premio – funziona sia sulle tre velocità sotto carico che sulle quattro marce di base. Si tratta del McCormick X5.120 P3-Drive, una macchina compatta, robusta, versatile e interconnessa. Il vincitore della categoria “Best of Utility” si presenta con un motore 4 cilindri FTP F36 Stage da V 3,6 litri, che eroga 114 cavalli, e con una trasmissione automatizzata powershift, che permette lo spostamento automatico fino a 12 marce in campo e su strada. La dotazione di serie del McCormick X5.120 P3Drive prevede il sistema Advanced Driving System (ADS) per le funzioni di sterzo avanzate, quali il riallineamento automatico delle ruote e la manutenzione della direzione su terreni irregolari, mentre l’asse e la cabina sospesi offrono un comfort ottimale nelle più diverse condizioni operative. Sustainable TOTY. La giuria internaizonale del TOTY ha assegnato il premio “sostenibilità” allo specializzato full electric di casa Fendt, il modello e107 V Vario. Standard equipment on the McCormick X5.120 P3-Drive includes the Advanced Driving System (ADS) for advanced steering functions such as automatic wheel realignment and directional maintenance on uneven terrain. At the same time, the suspended axle and cab provide optimum comfort in a wide variety of operating conditions. Sustainable TOTY. The international TOTY jury awarded the "sustainability" prize to Fendt's in-house full-electric specialist, the e107 V Vario. The Tractor is capable of delivering an impressive 60 horsepower and is equipped with a 100 kWh battery, which provides between 4 and 7 hours of autonomy with partial-load implementations such as pruning, grass cutting, or road cleaning. Battery charging times are quite competitive: a full cycle takes about 5 hours. The Fendt e107 Vario's compact dimensions are typical of the traditional vineyard and orchard machines, while the four-pillar cab (without an exhaust pipe) offers an even wider view of the work area. The Tractor of the Year will be back in 2024 at EIMA in Bologna, scheduled for Nov. 6-10.

The Activision-R can work in tandem with the Multic FSX smart display or with the Activi electronic control unit, standing out for its interoperability and connectivity characteristics. The touch sensitive terminal offers the operator an intuitive and reactive interaction that facilitates not only access to service information, but also control of the various vehicle functions, with always rapid response times. The design is another plus of the Activision-R range, which features thin edges and a flat control panel that allows the terminal to be better integrated into the cabin environment. The high quality of the materials used by the French manufacturer is a guarantee of resistance and durability over time, and allows the terminal to deal with particularly difficult work situations, also characterized by extreme temperatures. Furthermore, the Activision-R terminals, thanks to the high luminance and specific screen treatments, ensure the user has an optimal view of the work area even in strong brightness conditions. This means that the operator can easily read the displayed information, even in direct sunlight. Finally, it is worth mentioning the use of anti-fingerprint technology which keeps the surface of the terminal clean, thus eliminating possible interference in the use and reading of the display. Series that completes a range, that of Agristar II, launched in 2020 first with the 70 and 85 versions, then implemented in subsequent years with the 90-95. With the 65 series, available in 21 sizes/25 SKUs, in front and rear combinations, the catalogue of this tyre model comes to offer dozens of solutions for different uses. Featuring Stratified Layer Technology (SLT), exclusive to Alliance, these tractor radial tyres have strakes made up of two layers, each with its own profile: the first at multiple angles and the second at single angles. Based on ISOBUS technology, the system presented at Agritechnica by the Reggio Emilia-based company integrates the IBX100 control unit and the Flowtron valve, already awarded at EIMA 2022 as a “Technical Novelty”. The connection to the Flowtron ECU control units – explains the manufacturer in a technical note – allows the IBX100 ISOBUS SPRAYER to manage the pulse width modulation (PWM) of the Flowtron valve to maintain constant both pressure and droplet size. Thanks to the solution developed by Arag, the distribution of phytosanitary treatments is always targeted as position and quantity, since the flow and flow rate of each nozzle is adjusted with extreme precision, thus avoiding over and under dosages. IBX100 REPORTAGE AGRITECHNICA Arag, le novità di Agritechnica di Giovanni M. Losavio Innovazione in primo piano allo stand della Arag ad Hannover. Si parte con la tecnologia IBX100 ISOBUS SPRAYER adibita al controllo delle macchine per la protezione delle colture. Basato su tecnologia ISOBUS, il sistema presentato ad Agritechnica dall’azienda reggiana integra l’unità di controllo IBX100 e la valvola Flowtron, già premiata ad EIMA 2022 come “Novità Tecnica”. IBX100 ISOBUS SPRAYER si caratterizza inoltre per l’architettura modulare dei cablaggi, che ne agevolano l’installazione a bordo dei mezzi meccanici per l’irrorazione, per il diserbo o per la distribuzione dei fertilizzanti liquidi. Restando nel segmento dei software per i trattamenti fito-sanitari, ad Hannover Arag ha presentato le nuove funzionalità della piattaforma IBX100 ISOBUS MULTIROW per il controllo delle irroratrici multifilari. L’innovazione più significativa consiste nell’introduzione del sistema di gestione automatica della larghezza filare durante il trattamento che, oltre a nuove modalità operative relative alla gestione del controllo ventole, prevede anche una specifica funzione per le manovre di fine campo. Un’altra novità firmata dalla casa di Rubiera (Reggio Emilia) è l’indicatore di posizione meccanico per le valvole elettriche Canbus. I motoriduttori in Canbus per valvole serie 863/873/862 sono stati studiati per agevolare la diagnostica delle valvole attraverso un indicatore meccanico esterno che – aggiunge il costruttore reggiano – verificare la posizione del perno della valvola, agevolando così le relative operazioni e riducendo tempi e costi di fermo macchina. Riflettori puntati, infine, sull’ugello Uni Stream Ceramic, utilizzato dalle seminatrici per la distribuzione dei fertilizzanti liquidi. Il nuovo ugello Arag, dotato di un foro unico, mantiene costante il getto al variare della pressione, assicurano così un’erogazione omogenea ed efficace del prodotto. Remaining in the phytosanitary treatment software segment, in Hanover Arag presented the new features of the IBX100 ISOBUS MULTIROW platform for controlling multi-row sprayers. The most significant innovation is the introduction of the automatic row width management system during treatment which, in addition to new operating modes related to fan control management, also provides a specific function for end-of-field maneuvers. Another novelty signed by the company from Rubiera (Reggio Emilia) is the mechanical position indicator for Canbus electric valves. The Canbus gear motors for valves series 863/873/862 have been designed to facilitate valve diagnostics through an external mechanical indicator that – adds the manufacturer from Reggio Emilia – verifies the position of the valve pin, thus facilitating the related operations and reducing machine downtime and costs. Finally, the spotlight is on the Uni Stream Ceramic nozzle, used by seed drills for the distribution of liquid fertilizers.
