It is a tractor-mounted model, equipped with the Smooth set parallelogram system and has - depending on the version - a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 bodies. The strong point of this machine is its Smooth set technology which, in addition to reducing stress on the frame and headstock, allows the first body to be adjusted even when the machine is moving, without having to change the tractor's trajectory. The use of high-strength construction materials (Hardox and Strenx steels) for the points most subject to mechanical stress, as well as the bolted frame without welding, make the Unico plough a particularly hardwearing working tool. Other pluses of the Unico include the new interchangeable fixed header, thanks to which it is possible to switch easily between different types of connection (cat. II, III N, III and IV), and the modular frame that allows an additional working body to be added, thus optimising daily output and machine performance. In the plough segment, the Veneto-based manufacturer also offers the Mirco semi-mounted model, available in in- and out-of-furrow configurations from 6 to 9 bodies. Unlike Unico, Mirco is not equipped with a parallelogram but with a central adjusting rod, mechanical or hydraulic, that creates a triangular structure ensuring the discharge of forces directly on the rear wheel. Thanks to this particular construction solution, the Padua-based company has succeeded in stiffening the geometry of the frame, avoiding flexing and improving the resistance of the entire structure during ploughing. The working width can be adjusted mechanically (Passo version), using the step by step system, or hydraulically (Vario version) with a continuously adjustable system. Both models, Unico and Mirco, are available with a mechanical shear bolt safety system, or with the Non stop system (Nsh) equipped with both hydraulic preload jacks and shear bolt on the hulls, specifically developed for tough soils. Si tratta di un modello portato alla trattrice, equipaggiato con il sistema a parallelogramma Smooth set e provvisto – a seconda delle versioni – da un minimo di 2 a un massimo di 6 corpi. Punto di forza di questa macchina è proprio la tecnologia Smooth set che, oltre a diminuire le sollecitazioni su telaio e testata, permette di regolare il primo corpo anche quando la macchina è in movimento, senza dover modificare la traiettoria del trattore. L’utilizzo di materiali costruttivi ad elevata resistenza (acciai Hardox e Strenx) per i punti più soggetti alle sollecitazioni meccaniche, così come il telaio imbullonato senza saldature, rendono l’aratro UNICO uno strumento di lavoro particolarmente resistente all’usura. Da segnalare anche, tra i plus di Unico, la nuova testata fissa intercambiabile, grazie alla quale è possibile passare agevolmente tra diversi tipi di connessione (II, III N, III e IV cat.), e il telaio modulare che permette di aggiungere un ulteriore corpo lavorante, ottimizzando così resa giornaliera e prestazioni della macchina. Nel segmento degli aratri, il costruttore veneto propone anche il modello semiportato Mirco, disponibile in configurazione entro e fuorisolco da 6 a 9 corpi. A differenza di Unico, Mirco non è equipaggiato con un parallelogramma ma con un tirante di regolazione centrale, meccanico o idraulico, che crea una struttura a triangolo assicurando lo scarico delle forze direttamente sulla ruota posteriore. Grazie a questa particolare soluzione costruttiva, l’azienda padovana è riuscita ad irrigidire la geometria del telaio evitando flessioni e migliorando la resistenza dell’intera struttura durante l’aratura. La larghezza di lavoro può essere regolata meccanicamente (versione Passo), tramite il sistema step by step, oppure idraulicamente (versione Vario) con sistema a regolazione continua. Entrambi i modelli, Unico e MIRCO, sono proposti con sistema di sicurezza meccanico a bullone di trancio, oppure con sistema Non stop (Nsh) dotato sia di martinetti idraulici a precarico che di bullone di trancio sulle buri, espressamente sviluppato per terreni tenaci.
