n. 1/2022 BIOECONOMY di Matteo Monni - Vicepresidente ITABIA Da poche settimane sono uscite le graduatorie del MiPAAF relative al “Bando di selezione delle proposte progettuali per la costituzione di forme associative o consortili di gestione delle aree silvo-pastorali”. Tale iniziativa attivata nell’ambito del Fondo Sviluppo e Coesione 2014-2020, Piano Operativo Agricoltura, Sottopiano 3 “Multifunzionalità della foresta e uso sostenibile delle risorse rinnovabili nelle aree rurali” dà un segnale di grande importanza nell’ottica di stimolare azioni utili a tutelare il territorio in termini ambientali e sociali. Il bando, con una dotazione economica complessiva di circa 5 milioni di euro, finanzierà 27 progetti su scala nazionale, di cui 5 interessano aree del Centro Nord e 22 riguardano realtà del Mezzogiorno. Tale ripartizione delle risorse rispecchia la volontà del Ministero di privilegiare le Regioni del meridione (80% del budget) che maggiormente necessitano di iniziative orientate alla gestione sistemica e sostenibile del contesto agroforestale. Tra le proposte riguardanti il sud Italia, si è posizionato molto bene (quarto posto in graduatoria) il Progetto GESTA – “Geby Matteo Monni - Vice President ITABIA Afew weeks ago, MiPAAF published the ranking list for the "Call for the selection of project proposals for the establishment of associations or consortia for the management of forest areas". This initiative, activated within the framework of the 2014-2020 Development and Cohesion Fund, Operational Plan for Agriculture, Subplan 3 "Multi-functionality of forests and sustainable use of renewable resources in rural areas", send a very important signal to stimulate useful actions to protect the territory in environmental and social terms. The tender, with a total budget of around 5 million euros, will finance 27 projects nationwide, of which 5 concern areas in the Centre-North and 22 in the South. This distribution of resources reflects the Ministry's desire to give priority to the GESTA project: ecosustainable land management in Abruzzo 49 The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry aims to promote the multifunctionality of the forest and the sustainable use of renewable resources in rural areas. With this in mind, it will finance 27 projects throughout Italy that will implement concrete actions for the proper management of the mountain and inland forestry areas.
