A realizzarlo è la casa tedesca Lemken, attiva nella fabbricazione di attrezzature per la lavorazione del terreno. Il nuovo aratro di casa Lemken, che fa il suo esordio ad EIMA 2022, è una macchina progettata per offrire prestazioni di assoluto livello nelle condizioni operative più difficili e per lavorare in abbinamento a trattrici di alta gamma. Nella configurazione a sette elementi – spiega il costruttore tedesco – la richiesta dell’aratro può arrivare fino a 450 cavalli con prestazioni equiparabili a quelle di un attrezzo semi-portato. Del resto, le specifiche del telaio (160x160 millimetri), dell’assale (130 millimetri, ribaltabile) e dei punti di aggancio per i collegamenti superiore e inferiore (sono posizionati sul telaio) sono state pensate proprio per adattarsi agli interventi più gravosi. Peraltro, la testata dell’aratro è equipaggiata con un cilindro di smorzamento che riduce il carico della trattrice e protegge i componenti dell'unità, anche durante la marcia su strada. Restando in tema di traporto, è importante rimarcare che non è necessario disaccoppiare la sezione superiore da quella inferiore, con grande beneficio per la sicurezza dell’operatore il quale non si vede costretto a movimentare parti meccaniche tra l’attrezzatura e la trattrice. Su Juwel 10, Lemken ha previsto anche una versione particolare, l’allestimento OF (mantiene sempre una distanza adeguata dal bordo del solo), pensato specificamente per i trattori cingolati o con pneumatici ampi, e un sistema di regolazione idraulica e di memorizzazione dell’angolo di lavoro (può essere gestito direttamente dalla cabina della trattrice). On the Juwel 10, Lemken has also included a special version, the OF set-up (it always maintains an adequate distance from the edge of the furrow), designed specifically for crawler tractors or tractors with wide tyres, and a hydraulic adjustment and working angle memory system (it can be operated directly from the tractor cab).
