Proprio per questo i tecnici dell’azienda di Pertuis (Francia) hanno cercato di limitare il più possibile il peso delle legatrici – la versione V25 si ferma a 845 grammi, la H35 a 850 – e di trovare un compromesso tra velocità di lavoro ed ergonomia. Particolare cura è stata posta nella progettazione dell’impugnatura e nella scelta dei materiali, puntando su una soluzione che ne valorizzasse l’agilità operativa. Il cuore delle nuove legatrici Pellenc è costituito dalla batteria Alpha Lite con capacità di 30 W e dal peso di soli 210 grammi. Secondo quanto dichiarato dal costruttore, con una sola ricarica la batteria Alpha Lite può eseguire fino a 13 mila legature coprendo una intera giornata di lavoro. Le F3X offrono otto diversi livelli di serraggio, adattandosi così a differenti esigenze lavorative, e sono compatibili con due diverse tipologie di bobine, il modello tradizionale da 200 metri che viene portato sulla cintura e la nuova bobina da 80 metri da applicare direttamente sull’utensile. Diverse le tipologie di filo disponibili, concepite per soddisfare le più svariate esigenze operative. Diverso è anche il design dell’apertura. Il modello V25 si caratterizza infatti per la tradizionale apertura a becco, mentre l’H35 si segnala per l’innovativa apertura orizzontale da 35 mm appositamente studiata per le colture che richiedono maggiori diametri, che vedono la presenza di impianti di irrigazione o tralicci, oppure che hanno necessità di una doppia legatura. by Giovanni M. Particular attention was paid to the design of the handle and the choice of materials, aiming for a solution that would enhance its operational agility. The heart of the new Pellenc tying machines is the Alpha Lite battery, which has a capacity of 30 W and a weight of just 210 grams. According to the manufacturer, the Alpha Lite battery can perform up to 13,000 ties on a single charge. Enough for a full day's work. The F3X macines offer eight different tightening levels to adapt to different working needs and are compatible with two different types of spools, the traditional 200meter model that is carried on the belt and the new 80-meter spool applied directly to the tool.
