The hydrostatic transmission allows progressive forward speed control via joystick, with corresponding touch screen display to control each function. The four-wheel drive combined with the ability to lock the differential allows work on all types of terrain and slopes, while the high turning radius and small wheelbase allow maneuvering in very small spaces. As with the 3-point version, the self-propelled Qubik is also equipped with a farmflex front roller for soil preparation and leveling and by linear actuators that adjust the transplanting depth for optimum ground adaptation. In addition, the depth can be kept constant by an optional self-levelling device positioned between the roller and transplanting unit. The self-propelled Qubik has a tray shelf that extends the full length and width of the machine, with a fixed front section and a hydraulically adjustable tilt rear section. This makes it easier for operators to insert cubes into the conveyors, which are then placed on the floor by electropneumatic grippers. A multifunction digital panel for parameter control completes the basic equipment of the machine, which can be enriched with optional extras such as a climatic cover and folding side platforms for crate storage. Qubik ora anche semovente Altra novità rilevante è la trapiantatrice Qubik versione semovente progettata con l’obiettivo di incrementare la produttività nelle operazioni di trapianto dei cubetti pressati senza l’uso della trattrice. La trasmissione idrostatica permette il controllo della velocità di avanzamento in modo progressivo tramite joystick, con relativo display touch screen per il controllo di ogni funzione. Le quattro ruote motrici unite alla possibilità di bloccare il differenziale, permettono di lavorare su qualsiasi tipo di terreno e pendenze, mentre l’elevato raggio di sterzata e il passo ridotto consentono di eseguire manovre in spazi molto ridotti. Come per la versione a 3 punti, anche la Qubik semovente è dotata di rullo frontale farmflex per la preparazione e il livellamento del terreno e da attuatori lineari che regolano la profondità di trapianto per un adattamento ottimale al terreno. La profondità, inoltre, può essere tenuta costante grazie ad un autolivellamento opzionale posizionato tra rullo e unità di trapianto. La Qubik semovente ha un ripiano portavassoi che si estende per tutta la lunghezza e larghezza della macchina, con una parte anteriore fissa ed una posteriore ad inclinazione regolabile idraulicamente. In questo modo gli operatori sono agevolati nelle operazioni di inserimento cubetti nei nastri trasportatori che vengono poi posizionati a terra da pinze elettropneumatiche. Un pannello digitale multifunzione per il controllo dei parametri completa l’allestimento base della macchina, che può essere arricchito da optional come la copertura climatica e le pedane laterali richiudibili per lo stoccaggio delle cassette.
