LE NUOVE CARICHE FEDERUNACOMA Le votazioni svoltesi in occasione dell’assemblea annuale hanno sancito l’elezione dei 24 membri del Consiglio Generale FederUnacoma, in rappresentanza delle associazioni che storicamente la compongono (ASSOMAO, ASSOMASE, ASSOTRATTORI, COMACOMP e COMAGARDEN), ai quali si sono aggiunti i 7 consiglieri cosiddetti “trasversali” vale a dire rappresentanti che entrano direttamente in Consiglio Generale. Questa tornata ha previsto la sola elezione dei consiglieri e non dei presidenti delle associazioni, che erano già stati eletti a giugno dello scorso anno e che restano in carica fino a giugno 2023. Elezioni “ex novo” invece per i due nuovi soggetti associativi che sono stati costituiti e che entrano a far parte della Federazione: si tratta di ASSOIDROTECH (in rappresentanza delle industrie costruttrici di sistemi per l’irrigazione e la gestione dell’acqua) e AGRIDIGITAL (in rappresentanza delle industrie che realizzano tecnologie informatiche e sistemi digitali per l’agricoltura). Per le due nuove associazioni sono stati eletti tanto i consiglieri quanto i presidenti e vicepresidenti. THE NEW FEDERUNACOMA OFFICERS Voting carried out at the annual meeting resulted in the election of the 24 members of the FederUnacoma General Council, representing the associations that historically comprise it (ASSOMAO, ASSOMASE, ASSOTRATTORI, COMACOMP and COMAGARDEN), plus the additional 7 so-called “cross-sectional” councillors, i.e. representatives who directly join the General Council. This round only provided for the election of councillors and not association presidents, who were already elected in June last year and who remain in office until June 2023. On the other hand, 'ex novo' elections were held for the two new association bodies that have been set up and become part of the Federation: these are ASSOIDROTECH (representing industries that manufacture irrigation and water management systems) and AGRIDIGITAL (representing industries that manufacture information technology and digital systems for agriculture). L’industria della meccanica agricola si trova dunque a fronteggiare una fase difficile, essendo esposta tanto alle variabili agricole quanto a quelle industriali, ma assume un ruolo centrale in quanto necessaria per migliorare la produttività e insieme utilizzare le risorse naturali in modo sostenibile. Le vicende belliche stanno riportando in primo piano l’agricoltura quale elemento basilare di ogni sistema economico – ha detto nel suo video messaggio il Ministro dell’Agricoltura Patuanelli – ma l’agricoltura significa oggi alta tecnologia e quindi meccanizzazione agricola. L’industria italiana ha una leadership mondiale in questo settore, e molto importante è l’azione di sostegno che il Governo ha svolto per incentivare l’acquisto di mezzi di nuova generazione. The agricultural machinery industry is therefore facing a difficult phase, being exposed to both agricultural and industrial variables, but it plays a central role as it is necessary to improve productivity and at the same time use natural resources in a sustainable manner. The events of the war are bringing agriculture back to the forefront as a basic element of every economic system - said Agriculture Minister Patuanelli in his video message - but agriculture today means high technology and hence agricultural mechanisation. Italian industry is a world leader in this sector, and the support action that the government has taken to incentivise the purchase of new generation equipment is very important. Rural Development Plans, NRRP, ISI Tender and Sabatini Law are all effective tools - Patuanelli concluded - and the 4.0 tax credit is particularly important in pushing agriculture towards a full digital transition.
