Si tratta di una macchina di dimensioni compatte (larghezza di 2 metri e altezza di 1.980 mm nella versione L), prestazioni pari ai modelli di categoria superiore (3.000 kg di portata e 7 metri di altezza di sollevamento) ma con un innalzamento dei livelli di sicurezza. Il 30.7 è, infatti, l’unico della categoria dotato del sistema di sicurezza ASCS (Adaptive Stability Control System) in grado di prevenire il rischio di ribaltamento della macchina nelle fasi di movimentazione di un carico. Inoltre, il nuovo sollevatore 30.7 può essere equipaggiato con la sospensione della cabina CS che garantisce sicurezza e confort per l’operatore, riducendo pressione acustica e vibrazioni. L’ultimo nato in casa Merlo introduce poi il sistema di riconoscimento attivo delle persone MAPS (Merlo Active Personnel Safety) che, grazie alle telecamere con obiettivo grandangolare e a un innovativo software, fornisce all’operatore una visione delle aree laterali e posteriore con riconoscimento della presenza di persone. Sul fronte luci, il 30.7 può essere equipaggiato con illuminazione LED a 360°, per una visuale migliore in ogni condizione di lavoro. Il telescopico offre una velocità di 40 km/h e impianti idraulici di nuova generazione con pompa da 45cc e distributore Merlo flowsharing che consentono movimenti rapidi e precisi. It is a machine with compact dimensions (2 metres wide and 1,980 mm high in the L version), performance equal to models in a higher category (3,000 kg capacity and 7 metres lifting height) but with an increase in safety levels. The 30.7 is, in fact, the only one in its category equipped with the ASCS (Adaptive Stability Control System) safety system capable of preventing the risk of the machine tipping over when handling a load. Moreover, the new 30.7 lift can be equipped with the CS cab suspension, which guarantees safety and comfort for the operator, reducing noise pressure and vibrations. Merlo's latest addition also introduces the MAPS (Merlo Active Personnel Safety) active person recognition system which, thanks to wide-angle lens cameras and innovative software, provides the operator with a view of the side and rear areas with recognition of the presence of people. On the lighting front, the 30.7 can be equipped with 360° LED lighting, for a better view in all working conditions. The telescopic handler offers a speed of 40 km/h and new-generation hydraulic systems with a 45cc pump and Merlo flowsharing distributor, allowing fast and precise movements.
