The decline in sales of gardening machinery continues in Italy. According to Comagarden - the Association of Gardening Machine Manufacturers - in the first nine months of the year purchases of gardening vehicles and equipment fell by 12%. The association expects the market to close the year with a balance of over 1 million and 200 thousand units sold, reducing the deficit to 7% and thus recovering 5 percentage points. In detail, among the machines that show the most significant losses are snow blowers (-53%), lawnmowers (-23%), motor hoes (-26%), petrol brushcutters (-14%) and chainsaws ( -12%).
