Inail, the Italian authority responsible for preventing of accidents on workplaces, has published on its website the Isi 2022 tender, which finances investments to improve health and safety at work. A total of 333 million euros will be made available for all Italian companies registered with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture, according to the various funding axes. In the various areas of intervention, Axis 5 encourages micro and small agricultural enterprises to purchase new and innovative equipment and machinery, which make it possible to significantly reduce polluting emissions, noise levels and the risk of accidents. The maximum amount for the agricultural sector is 60,000 euros (the minimum is 1,000). The contributions cover the expenses deemed eligible (net of VAT), to the extent of 50% for young farmers and 40% for all other types of agricultural enterprises. On the Inail portal, agricultural enterprises will have an IT procedure available which will allow them, through a guided procedure, to enter the application. The timing for the submission of applications will be announced by Inail by 21 February next.
