he Topcon Agriculture exhibition area at Sima in Paris
spotlighted numerous technologies launched by the Cal-
ifornia company.
AES-35.
High powered electric autosteering solution for hands-
free operation. The impermeable and resistant AES-35 can be
installed on any vehicle with or without cab, including tractors,
self-propelled sprayers, combine harvesters and track vehicles.
Combined with the GNSS AGI-4 Receiver/Steering Controller,
the vehicle can be steered with precision forward and in reverse
and operate with high-accuracy up to 2 cm with the RTK cou-
pled with an angular steering sensor needed for repeated steer-
ing with even greater accuracy.
Artemis.
Is a system for controlling various dosages for row air
seeding designed to regulate seed dosages of seed with the
use of an electric motor which adapts the speed of rotation to
the forward speed of the tractor. With the Artemis technology
up to four granular products can be distributed simultaneously
in a single pass for seeding and fertilization. Topcon explained
that the system brings together all the normal functions of mon-
itoring and control such as the row lines, signalling low product
levels and warning of high or low air speed. Artemis can also be
equipped for optional control of clogging of the seed tubes, is
ISOBUS compatible and operate with equipment already in use
for improving operations and productivity.
X-35.
Is Topcon Agricoltura’s premium console in this market,
integrated with Isobus Universal Terminal and Task Controller.
The new generation X Series touchscreen monitor is equipped
with advanced functions. The 12.1 inch (30.7 cm) monitor is
designed with Topcon modularity, uses Topcon Horizon software
for easy and intuitive updating and based on the use of icons
which can be personalized for the full range of operative func-
tions. Topcon product manager Markus Kalin said, “The X-35

egli spazi espositivi della Topcon Agriculture, al Sima
di Parigi, riflettori puntati sulle numerose tecnologie
lanciate dall’azienda californiana. Ecco alcune delle
soluzioni più innovative.
AES-35.
È un dispositivo di sterzatura elettrica ad alta po-
tenza progettato per veicoli senza guida automatica. Im-
permeabile e resistente, AES-35 può essere installato su
tutti veicoli con e senza cabina (tra cui: trattori, irroratrici
semoventi, mietitrebbie, veicoli cingolati), a bordo dei qua-
li è in grado di operare sia in marcia avanti che in retro-
marcia, segnalandosi per una guida molto accurata e pre-
cisa quando abbinato al ricevitore/controller di sterzo GNSS
AGI-4. L’AES-35 inoltre può operare con precisione RTK (si-
no a 2 cm) ed essere abbinato al sensore angolare di ster-
zo, necessario quando si richiedono ripetibilità e accura-
tezza ancora maggiore.
Artemis.
Si tratta di un sistema di controllo a dosaggio va-
riabile per seminatrici pneumatiche a righe studiato per re-
golare il dosaggio dei semi attraverso un motore elettrico,
che adatta la velocità di rotazione alla velocità di marcia
