Antonio Carraro, the Maschio/Polo Group completes the acquisition

Change of ownership for Antonio Carraro, the historic Paduan brand that has established itself over time as a major player in the specialized tractor segment. Last March, according to a note from the Venetian manufacturer, the Maschio/Polo Group started the process for the acquisition of the remaining company shares. Maurizio Maschio and Enrico Polo – owners of the Milleuno/Imoco Group with diversified interests from publishing to the world of sport, which already held 50% of Antonio Carraro – obtained the complete control of the Campodarsego house. The investment plan envisaged by the new ownership aims to strengthen the Antonio Carraro SpA brand on global markets, thus confirming the levels of absolute excellence achieved by the Veneto-based company.
