resente ad EIMA 2016, l’azienda Piusi – leader nel mer-

cato delle apparecchiature per il travaso di lubrificanti,

carburanti e liquidi – ha messo in mostra Piusi THREE25,

un innovativo sistema di erogazione di AdBlue®per serbatoi

IBC. Con Piusi THREE25, l’azione di travaso viene effettuata

tramite una pompa a membrana autoadescante dotata di val-

vola di by-pass integrata e sviluppata appositamente per il tra-

sferimento di AdBlue®, che garantisce un rifornimento veloce

e in linea con le specifiche dei costruttori in termini di porta-

ta massima. Il sistema di erogazione si avvale della pistola

automatica SB325, caratterizzata da uno spout in acciaio inox

con sistema Break-Away, che protegge dai danni causati da

eventuali partenze accidentali che potrebbero verificarsi, quan-

do la pistola risulta ancora inserita nel serbatoio del veicolo.

Il dispenser Piusi THREE25 è dotato di un filtro 3D specifico

per AdBlue®a filtrazione meccanica progressiva ad elevata ef-

ficienza, in modo da mantenere inalterata la qualità del pro-

dotto erogato. La soluzione offerta da Piusi permette di som-

ministrare l’AdBlue®alla sua purezza ottimale, favorendo co-

si funzionalità e durata prolungate al catalizzatore. Completa-

no il sistema un tubo di mandata crimpato in EPDM (6 metri

di lunghezza) e un tubo in aspirazione (1,5) raccordati con boc-

cole a pressione. In base alle caratteristiche dell’attacco del

serbatoio IBC, per garantire una connessione rapida e so-

prattutto sicura, nella dotazione di Piusi THREE25 è incluso il

nuovo connettore DEF Coupler (PDC) per attacchi in acciaio

inox o, in alternativa, il connettore SEC per quelli di plastica.

Il sistema è inoltre dotato di un becco di sicurezza che assi-

cura il dispenser alla struttura del serbatoio e ne impedisce il

distacco accidentale. Per assicurare ai professionisti elevata

praticità di utilizzo e protezione dei componenti, l’azienda man-

tovana ha dotato il prodotto di un capiente e robusto porta-

tubo e di un alloggiamento ergonomico per la pistola, com-

pleto di cono raccogligoccia rimovibile per consentire una pu-

lizia ottimale.

n attendance at EIMA 2016, the Piusi company - leader in

the market for lubricant, fuel and liquid transfer equipment

- showed off the Piusi THREE25, an innovative AdBlue® de-

livery system for IBC tanks.With the Piusi THREE25, the trans-

fer action is carried out with a self-priming diaphragm pump

equipped with an integrated bypass valve developed specifi-

cally for the transfer of AdBlue®, which ensures a fast supply

in line with manufacturers’ specifications in terms of maxi-

mum flow rate. The delivery system makes use of the SB325

automatic nozzle, characterized by a stainless steel spout with

Break-Away system, which protects against damage caused

by accidental starts that may occur when the nozzle is still in

the vehicle tank. The Piusi THREE25 dispenser is equipped

with a specific AdBlue® 3D filter with a high-efficiency pro-

gressive mechanical filtration, so as to maintain unaltered the

quality of the dispensed product. The solution offered by Piusi

enables dispensing AdBlue® at its optimum purity, thus pro-

moting the prolonged functionality and durability of the cata-

lyst. The system is completed by an EPDM crimped delivery

tube (6 m long) and a suction pipe (1.5) connected with pres-

sure bushings. Based on the characteristics of the attachment

of the IBC tank, to ensure a rapid and above all safe connec-

tion, the Piusi THREE25 system includes the new DEF Coupler

(PDC) for stainless steel connection or, alternatively, the SEC

connector for the plastic ones. The system is also equipped

with a safety spout that secures the dispenser to the struc-

ture of the tank and prevents its accidental detachment. To

provide professionals with high convenience of use and pro-

tection of the components, the Mantua company has equipped

the product with a large and sturdy tube holder and an er-

gonomic housing for the nozzle, complete with removable drip

collector cone to enable optimal cleaning.
