tenzione particolare, e una strategia d’attacco. Il Go-
verno hamesso in campo un pacchetto di misure per
il rinnovamento delle aziende e lavora su più fronti, dal so-
stegnoall’imprenditoria giovanilealle funzioni ambientali e
di presidiodel territorio.D’altraparte, l’eventodi EXPO2015
porterà in evidenza il rapporto tra agricoltura e alimenta-
zione, mettendo sotto i riflettori i valori,ma anche i proble-
mi, del nostro sistema agroalimentare.

of special attention, an attack strategy.The government
has fieldedapackageofmeasures for the renewalof farms
andworkonanumberof fronts, fromsupport for young farming
entrepreneurs to operations for the environment and control of
the land. On another side, the EXPO2015 event will shed light
on relations between agriculture and food and underscore the
valuesaswell as theproblems in the Italianagro-food system.
Mr.Minister, leadership of the European semester takes the
Italianpolitical sphere intoclosecontactwith real conditions
in the EuropeanUnion andMember States. How do you eva-
luate the conditions of our agriculture as compared to those
in theother countries?
The Italianagricultural systemcontainsmany strongpointsand
somewe are facing that are critical by implementing concrete
measures to allow the entire sector to take an important leap
of quality.Theprimaryobjective is to favor the formationof new
enterprisesand thus thepossibility for creating jobs.Toachieve
these resultswehave takenup the issueofwork, simplification
and increasing the competitiveness of our farming businesses.
With theCampolibero (FreeField)package inserted into theCom-
petition Lawwe are providing the first operational response.
Among themeasures in thedecreeareplans for providing40%
taxation credit for new enterprise networks and for innovation
