May - June 2016 | Back

An input system with dual packer, one alternative (lower) and one rotary comb (upper), whose combined action prevents any flooding of the machine, allowing it to work with any type of product. This is the flagship of the Master Plus Tronic fixed chamber round balers by Supertino, a range of machines available in three different models (SP 1200, SP 1500, and SP 1650), which are differentiated by their different bale sizes (respectively: 120x120 Ø, 120x150 Ø, 120x165 Ø). The company from Piedmont - headquartered in Saluzzo (Cuneo) - offers the Master Plus Tronic with basic equipment consisting of a net wrapping device with direct introduction into the baling chamber (which has rollers and chains with thick rods); 220 centimetre hydraulic pick-up with small rubber wheels; control box; constant velocity drive shaft. In the variable chamber round baler market segment, Supertino is present with the R170 model, which is characterized by an innovative single belt pressing system without joints, devised with the aim of reducing to a minimum the dispersion of product and, at the same time, improve the uniformity of the bale. The R170 also offers the user the ability to preset the density of the core, choosing among four different adjustments, with a bale diameter ranging from a minimum of 90 to a maximum of 170 centimetres (with a width of 123 centimetres). Also available in the Top Cut version with 13 hydraulically inserted blades, the R170 is equipped as standard with a 220 centimetre hydraulic pick-up, feeding rotor with helical coils; the electronic control unit; bale ejector; constant velocity drive shaft and net wrapping system.
