AMA Group

 

The Ama Group, specializing in components and equipment for off-highway vehicles and agricultural and gardening machinery, is growing along with its workforce. Capello

 

Capello, established in 1965, has been designing and manufacturing equipment and technologies for cereal harvesting for the past fifty years for the most demanding professionals in this field around the world, wherever corn, wheat, sunflowers and all types of forage are harvested. The Capello sales, spare parts and assistance network guarantees premium service for the manufacturer’s customers. Over the years, the range of Capello products – Diamant, Quasar, GrainSystem, Spartan and Helianthus headers, attachments and platforms have been expanded and differentiated to meet the various requirements of their markets. The company, still a family business, has become a benchmark for contractors, retailers and farmers thanks to a half-century of work with professionalism and passion. 

 

 

Caron

 

Caron was founded in the 1960s and went on to become a major player in the manufacture of off-road transport vehicles by expanding and differentiating their ranges. The catalogue of the company, located in Pianezze in the Vincenza Province, covers articulated one or two seat transporters with steering wheels, transporters with EU type-approved roll over protection structures and cabs, vehicles in power ranges of 25 to 110 hp with type-approved weights from 3,500 to 10,000 kg and a broad range of transmissions for speeds from 0.4 to 40 km/hr. All Caron transporters mount dumper bins on three sides, can be equipped with hydraulic pistons, central and rear PTOs and three-point lifts compatible with a wide variety of operations.

 

Comer Industries

 

Comer Industries, with consolidated turnover of more than € 361 million reported for 2014, is one of the major manufacturers in the sector of advanced engineering systems and mechatronic solutions for the transmission of power for the OEM market. Comer Industries headquarters are in the Reggio Emilia Province where also the head office of the recently reorganized commercial network is located and the research and development technical and design offices. The company also runs R&D operations in Cavriago and in Shaoxing, China. Innovations developed by Comer Industries are tested in their Mechatronics Research Center whereas technical analyses of materials are conducted in their Metallography Laboratory. In Italy, manufacturing processes are broken down into four operational units according to the production line – Gearboxes, Driveshafts, Planetary Drives & Axles and Comer Industries Components – located on four production sites. The plant in Shaoxing, China, specializes in the manufacture of transmissions for wind turbines and agriculture. 

 

Irrimec

 

The Irrimec Group went into business in the 1970s and immediately intuited the growing interest in agricultural mechanization in the sector of irrigation systems. Through work on the design and manufacturer of motor pumps and self-propelled irrigation systems, called “hose reel” irrigation by those in the know, Irrimec rose to the fore on the domestic market. Ocmis, located in Castelvetro, near Modena, is now at work on updating technologies for their production and meet the requirements of the Quality System stipulated in the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standard. For this purpose, Ocmis has invested in a system for monitoring their manufacturing processes to facilitate management and the periodically identify markets to target for evaluating their response as regards the company’s goals and overall business strategy. 

 

Rovatti Pompe

Zanon Group

 

The Zanon Group has been on the market since 1964 specializing in the manufacture of such machinery as mulchers, tillers, subsoilers, bio-shredders, wood chippers, log splitters, aerators and lawnmowers but has not abandoned the family atmosphere which is still the company’s strong point, generation after generation.
