Annovi Reverberi acquires control of Ghirri

The Annovi Reverberi Group of Modena, specialized in the production of pumps, has acquired the majority of the Ghirri Motoriduttori, a company from the Modena area (Formigine) that has been designing and manufacturing gearboxes for over 50 years. The acquisition is a strategic step for the Modena based Group which in this way expands its offer, consolidating its position on the industrial market.
