BKTour: Players and Fans Take Center Stage at EIMA International

The BKTour 2024 concluded on November 14. The initiative, promoted by the Indian manufacturer BKT – main sponsor of Serie B – aimed to create a moment of connection and sharing between football fans and their favorite players. The tour traveled through Emilia-Romagna, starting on October 20 in Reggio Emilia and lighting up the squares and stadiums of Cesena, Modena, and Sassuolo, before wrapping up in Bologna during EIMA International. Among the stars of the tour, which drew large crowds of fans at every stop, were three former football players: Giuseppe Alessi, a Reggiana icon for over ten years; Dario Hübner, top scorer in Serie A, B, and C; and Pablo Granoche, a former Modena striker and the all-time leading foreign scorer in Serie B. The Bologna finale also featured Matteo Lovato, a promising young defender from Sassuolo and the Italian Under-21 national team.
The event organized by the Indian group was further enlivened by the presence of a Landini Series 7-715 tractor equipped with AGRIMAX RT 657 tires. During the tour, the tractor carried a Serie B championship bench, allowing fans to take photos and merge their love for sports with their passion for agriculture.“The BKTour is much more than just a sporting event for us,” said Lucia Salmaso, managing director of BKT Europe. “It’s an opportunity to create connections between people and the region, combining a love for football with our commitment to agriculture.”
