Mariateresa Maschio will lead FederUnacoma for the next two years

Mariateresa Maschio is the new president of FedereUnacoma. CEO at Mascar, a Vicenza-based company specializing in the production of haymaking and sowing machines, Mariateresa Maschio was elected last July 3 by the general assembly of the Federation, taking over from Alessando Malavolti who led the manufacturers' association in the last six years. First female president of FederUnacoma, with a degree in Public Relations from the IULM University of Milan, mother of two daughters, Mariateresa Maschio has already held the position of councilor of the Federation and ha actively participated in the life of the association. «Never before has the scenario in which companies find themselves operating appeared complex and evolving as in this phase. Managing complexity - these are the first words of the new FederUnacoma president - is the task of a representation system like ours.
