Maschio Gaspardo strengthens its presence in Belgium

The Padua-based manufacturer announced, last January 17, the acquisition of all the shares of Maschio Gaspardo Benelux, a Belgian company based in Ham, previously linked to the veneto company by an exclusive distribution contract. The operation is aimed at consolidating the presence of the Campodarsego Group in the Northern European region (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg) and at increasing proximity to local farms and retailers, thanks to a logistics structure of 5 thousand square meters and to a team of 8 people which will be further strengthened with new resources in the commercial and technical assistance deparments. Following this acquisition, Ham's company, which for the last 20 years has been led by Gert Van den Eynde, will become in all respects a direct branch of the Padua company, joining the other 13 already present in the world. According to what was announced by the parent company, in 2024 the new Belgian branch recorded a record year, increasing sales by 20% compared to the previous year.
