US tractor market scoring +13.7% from January to July 2021

The US tractor market closes the first seven months of the year with a double-digit growth. From January and July 2021 sales scored more than 195 thousand units, which compared to 2020 means a 13,7% increase. All power ranges show a positive balance but tractors above 100 HP reache 12,300 units with a 25,4% jump compared to same period of 2020.  Sales of tractors in the 40 - 100 HP range (+ 15.3%) and those of machines with less than 40 HP (+ 12%) are also growing, albeit with smaller numbers. The boom of high powers - as emphasized by the monthly report released in August by AEM, the American association of agricultural machinery manufacturers – continued also in last July (+ 37.8%) whilst the sales of medium and low powers went slightly down (respectively: -0.4% and -4.4%).
