ToTY 2026: the Winners

The winners of the six categories of Tractor of the Year 2026 have been announced. The awards were presented in Hanover on the opening day of the Agritechnica exhibition by an international jury of journalists specialized in agricultural machinery.The 2026 edition of the prestigious award once again highlighted the agricultural machinery sector’s strong drive for innovation, as seen in the growing integration of digital systems, automation, and sustainable technologies in modern tractor design. Taking the top prize in the main category, "TotY HighPower", was the CLAAS AXION 9.450 Terra Trac, while the Fendt 516 Vario claimed victory in the MidPower category. In the section dedicated to tractors ranging from 70 to 150 horsepower, the Valtra G125 CVT Active came out on top. The T4.120 Auto Command by New Holland was named Best Specialized Tractor. The Sustainable TotY category—which promotes innovation and highlights the agricultural industry’s efforts to develop low-impact machinery—was awarded to JCB’s Fastrac 6300. Rounding out the six winners was the second edition of TotyBot, which went to the autonomous robot AGXEED 2.055 W3.
