Annovi Reverberi Group Expands

The Annovi Reverberi Group, one of the leading manufacturers of pumps, pressure washers and solutions for the industrial sector, announced on February 16 that it has completed the acquisition of ARC, a company based in Cognento (Modena) and specialised in the design and production of electronic boards. The Modena-based company, well known in the industry for its ability to develop tailor-made solutions, will strengthen the Group’s research and development activities with its expertise, fostering — as Annovi Reverberi emphasized — greater integration between mechanical components, electronics and intelligent systems. “The entry of ARC into our Group is a key step,” stated Ruggero Ferrari, General Manager of Annovi Reverberi. “It represents an important milestone in supporting our strategy of innovation and technological development.”
