Safety in agriculture, from February 26 the opening of the ISI call

Countdown for the start of the new ISI call. From February 26, Inail, the institution managing the allocation of funds, will publish on its website the terms and the deadlines for submitting applications, that can be forwarded only electronically. Aimed at facilitating investments by companies in systems and technology for safety at work, the ISI call provides for a section specifically dedicated to SMEs and agricultural micro-enterprises, one of the sectors in which the incidence of accidents at work is higher. Axis 5, the one addressed to primary care operators, provides for a total budget of 37.5 million euros, 10 million of which intended exclusively for young agricultural entrepreneurs. The subsidies, paid as capital contributions, are calculated on eligible expenses net of VAT and are comprised between a minimum of 1,000 and a maximum of 60,000 euros. In the case of projects presented by young agricultural entrepreneurs, the funds of the ISI call can cover up to 50% of eligible expenses, while for all other applicants this percentage drops to 40%.
