SMEs, in Italy 900 million will facilitate investments in new machinery

The socalled “New Sabatini”the measure that in Italy facilitates investments by SMEs for the purchase of machinery, has been refinanced by the 2022 budget law with 900 million euros. The resources, spread over a period of time from 2022 to 2027, are allocated as follows: 240 million will be disbursed in 2022 and 2023 (for a total of 480 million), 120 million in 2024, 2025 and 2026 (for a total of 360 million), while the remaining 60 million euros will be assigned in 2027. For Allowances concernning loans up to 200 thousand euros will be paid in a single solution (compatibly with the resources available), whilst those for investments of a higher amount will be spread over several years.
