mportante novità di prodotto messa in mostra dalla Dondi ad EI-
MA International. L’azienda umbra ha infatti presentato la nuova
gamma di rulli trincia RT che, a differenza dei normali trinciastoc-
chi, lavora in maniera passiva, quindi senza l’ausilio dell’azionamento
mediante presa di potenza. La nuova gamma RT comprende tre mo-
delli portati, rispettivamente da due, tre e quattro metri, ed un mo-
dello trainato da sei metri. Ogni modello di tipo portato è dotato, di
serie, di un duplice attacco a tre punti che ne permette sia l’utilizzo
frontale che posteriore rispetto alla trattrice. È nell’utilizzo frontale
che la Dondi esalta le performance delle sue macchine: i telai di que-
ste macchine – appositamente progettati – sono dotati di uno spe-
ciale sistema autosterzante volto a garantire la direzionalità della trat-
trice mediante le ruote anteriori anche negli utilizzi più disagevoli; le
larghezze di lavoro e più in generale il disegno dell’intera macchina
sono stati concepiti per un utilizzo frontale combinato al posteriore
della trattrice con una delle altre attrezzature ad organi passivi pro-
poste dalla Dondi; e infine le attrezzature a dischi indipendenti e i
coltivatori a denti, allestibili con un’ampia gamma di tipologie di an-
core e vomeri. La finalità è quella di consentire all’utilizzatore di trin-
ciare la coltura a fine ciclo ed attuare una minima lavorazione di pre-
semina della nuova coltura in unico passaggio. Il tutto riducendo la
richiesta di potenza, sfruttando pienamente i dispositivi di attacco
offerti dalle moderne trattrici agricole, nell’ottenimento di un cantie-
re di lavoro veloce, più equilibrato e più leggero. Per il modello di pun-
ta da sei metri si è scelta invece la soluzione trainata, volta a ridur-
re i carichi gravanti sulla trattrice, nonché le potenze richieste, al fi-
ne di proporre un cantiere di lavoro più efficiente e produttivo. Altro
aspetto di rilievo è l’attenzione posta dai progettisti sull’adattabilità
della macchina alla conformazione del terreno. Il fronte di lavoro da
sei metri è coperto da tre rulli indipendenti, di cui i due estremali in-
stallati su un supporto oscillante. Da segnalare, infine, che la mac-
china è ripiegabile per il trasporto su strada.

mportant new products on display from Dondi at EIMA In-
ternational. The Umbrian company presented its new range
of RT cut rollers which, unlike normal flail mowers, work pas-
sively, i.e. without being driven by the PTO. The new RT range
includes three carried models, which are respectively two, three
and four metres wide, and a six-metre towed model. Each car-
ried model comes standard with a dual three-point attachment
that allows it to be used both front and rear of the tractor. Dur-
ing frontal use, Dondi truly highlights the performance of its
machines: the frames of these machines - specially designed
- are equipped with a special self-steering system to ensure the
directionality of the tractor through the front wheels, even in
the most impractical uses; the working widths and more gen-
erally the entire machine design have been conceived for a
front use combined with the rear of the tractor, using one of
the other passive equipment items proposed by Dondi; and fi-
nally, the independent disk equipment and the toothed tillers,
which can be configured with a wide range of anchors and plow-
shares. The purpose is to allow the user to mow the crop at the
end of the cycle and to carry out a minimal process of pre-sow-
ing the new crop in a single step. All this while reducing the
power demand, making full use of the coupling devices offered
by modern agricultural tractors, obtaining a fast, more balanced
and lighter worksite. The towed solution was instead chosen
for the six-metre top model, aimed at reducing the loads on the
tractor, as well as the power required, in order to offer a more
efficient and productive worksite. Another important aspect is
the attention paid by the designers to the machine’s adapt-
ability to the terrain. The six-meter work front is covered by three
independent rollers, of which the two external ones are installed
on an oscillating support. Lastly, it is worth noting that the ma-
chine can be folded for road transport.
