ello stand della Clim Air 50, azienda di San Giusti-
no inColle (Padova), attiva da oltre22 anni nel seg-
mento delle macchine per l’essicazione del forag-
gio e per le caldaie a biomassa, il focus è sulla linea Ed-
mu. Si tratta di una gamma completa di essicatoi modu-
lari a doppio flusso per il foraggio in balle pressate, con
la quale è possibile ottenere fieno di alta qualità senza
muffe né processi di fermentazione. Alimentata da ener-
gie rinnovabili, la serie Emdu è composta complessiva-
mente da tre modelli, progettati per utilizzare diversi tipi
di agro-energie. Edmu Solar – ad esempio – sfrutta il ca-
lore delle intercapedini del tetto solare, che viene convo-
gliato all’essiccatoio attraverso un sistema di canalizza-
zioni dell’aria. EdmuSolar – fa sapere laClimAir 50 – con-
sente all’impresa agricola di tagliare fino al 100% dei co-
sti relativi ai carburanti di origine fossile durante il giorno.
Con il modello Edmu Biogas cambiano le procedure ma
non i vantaggi, quantificabili sempre in un risparmio del
100%. Questamacchina utilizza infatti l’energia prodotta
dal motore di raffreddamento e dalle marmitte dell’im-
pianto a biogas, opportunamente convogliata all’essica-
toio attraverso una rete di canalizzazioni e di scambiato-
ri. Edmu Biomass, infine, è alimentato dal calore prodot-
to da un generatore di calore ad aria ed acqua calda con
caldaia a biomassa THB. Firmata sempre dalla Clim Air
50 ed equipaggiata con software gestionale, dispositivo
sms, box idraulico, sistema di stoccaggio e di trasporto
(dedicato), la caldaia THB è indicata per diversi tipi di al-
levamenti e di edifici dove permette di ridurre in misura
significativa (-85%) i costi di riscaldamento.

t the stand of Clim Air 50 – a company from San
Giustino in Colle (Padua) that has been operating
for more than 22 years in the hay drying machine
and biomass heater sector – the focus is on the Edmu
line.
The line offers a complete range of modular, dual-flow dry-
ers for hay in pressed bales, making it possible to obtain
high-quality hay without mould or fermentation processes.
Powered by renewable energy, the Emdu series is com-
posed of threemodels, designed to use different types of
agro-energy.
Edmu Solar – for example –makes use of the heat in the
cavity of the solar roof, which is conveyed to the drier
through a system of air ducts.
Edmu Solar – according to Clim Air 50 – allows farms to
eliminate up to 100% of fossil fuel costs during the day.
With the Edmu Biogas model the process may change but
not the benefits, which again offer savings of up to 100%.
In fact, thismachine uses the energy produced by the cool-
ing engine and exhaust systems of biogas plants, which is
conveyed to the dryer through a network of ducts and heat
exchangers.
Finally, Edmu Biomass is powered by the heat produced
by the hot air and water heat generator of a THB biomass
boiler.
Another ClimAir 50 product, one that is equippedwith soft-
ware control, device texting, a hydraulic box, system stor-
age and transport (dedicated), is the THB biomass boiler,
which is suitable for different types of farms and buildings
and can significantly reduce (-85%) heating costs.
