Dryancour, President of Cema. The speakers illustrated EU
policies on specific issues in behalf of machinery manu-
facturers and highlighted strategical perspectives con-
cerning the Italian delegations in Europe. In the last months
– as highlighted during the meeting – Italian manufactur-
ers promoted the delegated acts of the “Mother Regulation”
(Law Nr. 167/2013 concerning technical requirements for
the type-approval of tractors, trailers and towed machinery).
At the top of the programme, were: update of braking re-
quirements, new procedures for revision of agricultural ma-
chinery registered according to Traffic Laws, regulations on
ISOBUS technologies, high-voltage systems, wireless sensor

dustria automobilistica della DG Impresa, Charlotte Andersdotter, dell’Unità
Innovation Policy della DG Ricerca e Innovazione e Gilles Dryancour, Presi-
dente del Comitato europeo dei costruttori di macchine agricole Cema, che
hanno contribuito ad inquadrare le linee politiche dell’Unione su tematiche
di specifico interesse per i costruttori della meccanica, e a mettere in luce
alcuni aspetti strategici che riguardano le rappresentanze italiane in ambi-
to comunitario. Nell’agenda di questi mesi – è stato evidenziato nel corso
dell’incontro – i costruttori italiani hanno seguito lo sviluppo degli Atti Dele-
gati della Mother Regulation (Reg. N°167/2013, relativo ai futuri requisiti
tecnici per l’omologazione europea dei trattori agricoli, dei rimorchi e delle
macchine trainate), con ai primi punti la parte relativa ai trattori e al nuovo
regolamento sulla frenatura, le procedure per la revisione delle macchine
agricole e operatrici immatricolate nell’ambito del Codice della Strada, la
redazione delle normative sulle tecnologie relative ad ISOBUS, sistemi ad
alto voltaggio, reti di sensori wireless e macchine ad alta automazione in
