resentati lo scorso giugno a Reggio Emilia, presso
la sede Kohler/Lombardini, i nuovi modelli di mac-
chine JCB nei segmenti medio e compatto, dotati dei
nuovi motori Tier 4 Final, denominati JCB Diesel by Koh-
ler. La presentazione è stata l’occasione per festeggiare
i 30 anni di attività della filiale italiana JCB, e per riunire
l’intera forza commerciale, nonché i funzionari e i con-
cessionari della casa costruttrice; e ha rappresentato un
momento di confronto sulle strategie commerciali e sugli
obiettivi futuri di JCB.
«I trent’anni raggiunti da JCB sono un traguardo straordi-
nario, ed è giusto celebrarlo. Ma ora dobbiamo guardare
avanti, al futuro. E per affrontare il futuro – ha dichiarato
Claudio Fiorentini, presidente di JCB – la parola d’ordine
è una sola: flessibilità. Non ce ne sono altre. Flessibilità
che dobbiamo introdurre a tutti i livelli delle nostre atti-
vità e delle nostre strutture».
La sede scelta per la convention italiana è particolar-
mente significativa per le future strategie del marchio a
livello globale: lo stabilimento Kohler/Lombardini a Reg-
gio Emilia è infatti fornitore dei motori JCBDiesel by Koh-
ler per molte dellamacchine JCB del segmentomedio e
compatto.
Si tratta di motori innovativi conformi alle legislazioni Tier
4 Final/Stage IIIB, che assicurano maggiore efficienza e
costi di gestione contenuti.

unveiled in June in Lombardini headquarters inReggioEmilia.Thepre-
sentationalsomarked the30thanniversaryof theBritishmultinational’s
activities in Italywithmeetingsof thecompany’smarketingstaff,officers
anddealers forworkonbusinessstrategiesand futureobjectivessetout
by theconstructionequipmentmanufacturer.
ClaudioFiorentini, thepresident of JCB Italia,declared for theoccasion,
“The thirty years run up by JCB are an extraordinary achievement and
it’s right tocelebrate them.And to face the future there isonly onepas-
sword: flexibility.Therearenoothers.Flexibility thatwewill have to intro-
duceat all levelsof our activityand for all structures.”Thequarterscho-
sen for theassembly are especially significant for the future of the glo-
bal JCB trademark; theKohler/LombardiniReggioEmiliaplant is thesup-
plier ofmediumandcompact JCBmachinerypowerplantswith the JCB
Diesel by Kohler.These brand new innovative engines fullymeet Tier 4
Final/Stage IIIB emission standards and ensure greater efficiency and
lowermaintenancecosts.VincenzoPerrone, theKohler/Lombardinima-
nagingdirector,affirmed,“TheKohlerGroup isoneof thebiggestprivate
companies in theUnited States and lists among its activities the pro-
duction of engines and generator groups through the Power Group, in
which Lombardini takes part.We are proud that our innovativeKDI en-

duction scenario I believe thequality of interactionbetween theengine

Thispartnershipwassetup in2013and tookon reality in2014with the
presentation of thirteennewmodels all equippedwith thesenew engi-
nes. Thenew range inaugerated consists of threenewmini excavators,
the 85Z-1, l’86C-1 and the 67C-1. These are flanked by new “small
